I’ve used Caputo for three years to service my HVAC system - in the spring for AC and in the fall for heater. They’ve always been great and Justin has taken great care of me! When I needed a couple of toilets installed, they were the first call I made. Chaz was on time, did a wonderful job installing the toilets and walked me through a couple of questions I had for him. I’d recommend Caputo for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs and will be using them again in the future.

Caputo did amazing work! They were very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I was having issues with my hot water heater and were able to temporarily fix the issue while ordering the part for me. Then came out and replaced the part as soon as it came in. I will be using them again for any issues that I have.

THE BEST!!! I can't say it enough. Caputo is THE BEST!! A family operated business in Nashville/Middle TN for over 30 years. The work is excellent and priced even better. Chaz and his family make sure to take care of your needs promptly, professionally and most importantly HONESTLY! They've always been upfront and practical with helping us make decisions on repairs. They've installed our gas lines, installed our gas stove, installed a tankless hot water heater and just recently uncloged our sewer pipe. All was done same day and was always completed before 2pm. They're clean and conscious. Can't say it enough, want the best? CAPUTO IS THE BEST!!!

So we decided to use him because supposedly my wife and his daughter were good friends in high school and my in laws had used him (but no more). The mistake I made was not getting pricing before hand. We had bought our own water heater, removed the old one and placed the new one where it goes. We just needed someone to cut and hook up up copper lines since the new water heater and old one were not the exact same size. So they came out and were there about 3 hours doing the job and I have no complaint about workmanship but the fee was $750. I spoke with him and he said that water heaters are flat rate jobs. So I guess flat rate fees means $250 a hour but what is not included is making sure it is installed up to code. He said that would have taken to long and cost more. So now I will find another plumber that is not $250 a hour to bring it up to code. So never trust your wife's recommendations on contractors and always get a price no matter who recommends them.

We have used Caputo Mech. Services for a wide range of plumbing repairs on multiple houses. They are always reasonably priced, on time, and provide excellent craftsmanship. They are always my go to for any plumbing needs!

Caputo has a few dedicated and very thorough hourly workers. However, I suspect he sells sophisticated HVAC units about which he knows very little. Couple a one year labor warranty with limited education on a product line... that's a steady income stream at the cost of the consumer.

I have delt with other companies for my HVAC, but never again, Chaz is such a great guy, had a/c unit up and running in no time. I will recommend Caputo to everyone.
