I delivered a load to CE and their fork lift driver punched a hole in the top rear of my trailer. I had pictures of my loaded trailer before they unloaded the load. When confronted about the damage they caused, their fork lift driver denied that he did it. I talked to the warehouse manager (Mark) who proceeded to fully take the side of his employee and would hear nothing I had to say. I contacted their district manager Mr McDaniel and Sent him the before and after pictures of the damage and asked him if he would repay my repair bill of $221 and there has been no reply. If these people lie and not do that which is right over $221 imagine what they will do to you over an item which you pay thousands of dollars. I recommend that you steer well clear of these grifters and find yourself a reputable company.
Just got yelled at and insulted by an employee simply for complaining that they are always delayed. Hate coming here. Over almost an hour later. 2 people driving forklifts. No one else waiting. Several other people walking around “working”, but it’s takes this long to get loaded. Now several people are walking around the entire warehouse looking for a part based on 'How it looks', not a product label or barcode. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. He insulted me and called me names in front of the warehouse manager.
First off, let me say Trevor at the front provided amazing service. We were in from out of state and looking for a part that no Carrier location in our home state had. - We called this location, and Trevor setup our account to be ready to purchase in Tennessee, then went and got his hands on the part to make sure it was there. TOP LEVEL SERVICE - The store was clean, and the workers in the pick up area were helpful and very pleasant. We were in and out in like 15 mins. Thanks to these great employees, a military family with a husband on deployment had their air back on the next day.
Great customer service, best in Nashville for sure. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable guys. I bet most of the people in these reviews are not even licensed technicians. I will always shop at CE Nashville and my company will always support those guys. Keep it up guys, hard working respectable team

Getting someone on the phone for service/warranty is a joke. I think my favorite thing about Carrier tho is the fact they always seem to be out of somthing all the time.
