Our unit quit working on the hottest day of course. Contacted Wright Air care and he was here within 30 minutes. Found that the capacitor was bad. Repair was very fast and very professional . I will be calling them again for future issues. By far the best I've dealt with , quick service with a reasonable price

Wright Air Care came out on the same day that I reached out to him. He came out on a Friday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the part he needed. So, he came back at 7am on Saturday morning to finish the job!! I would highly recommend this company! Pricing was very reasonable!

I contacted this company and the customer service was great to start off on the phone. Justin said he would be here at a certain time and he was, his work was efficient, and informative to me so that I understood what was going on. He did not rush me, he was funny, and respectful. I will continue to use this company.

Called and asked about the I-wave R purifier and Justin came out and installed the next day. Its been 2 days since the install and I can tell a world of difference, I have the worst allergies and since the I-Wave R purifier has been installed I can actually breathe and smell without sneezing! It completely takes the smells out of the house, I have 3 dogs and Im always cooking and it kills any smells in the house. I definitely recommend the I-Wave R purifier its worth every penny!

My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave in the middle of summer. Not only did he have all of the parts in stock, but he showed up the very next day and had my AC working within hours. Was very friendly and knowledgeable and even gave me tips on how to manage my particular AC unit going forward! Best pricing in town and best customer service! If only 6 stars were an option!….
