INTEGRITY. QUALITY. SERVICE EXCELLENCE. ON TIME. GREAT COMMUNICATION. I received a rapid response when my AC went out, called and surprisingly they were able to send Jerry out to me within a couple of hours. Jerry was great in explaining my options & what would need to be done to diagnose. Was able to get me scheduled for an actual service call 1st thing the next morning. My employer has used AirStream to service & maintain our building needs so it was a no brainer that I also trust them with my home. Service level is 5 star no matter the size of the job. Great to have a service provider with integrity when you are in need!
Follow up: Because of their excellent customer service and options, I decided to have my AC unit replaced with AirStream. The scheduling was a breeze, received multiple confirmations and emails of my estimates and options. I especially like that AirStream sends a text bio about the technician that will be coming to your home. They made sure my AC was fully functional and that I knew how to operate my new thermostat as well as took after pictures of my unit before they left.

Airstream have installed a Tesla charger in my garage. Very professional and great service. They’re one of the few technicians in town that would actually pull an electrical permit and inspect all of their installation. Highly recommended!!

Edit - Airstream called promptly on the next business day to set things right. They set an appointment to at least fill my unit with coolant until the part arrives for free of charge.

1st visit - Airstream came out to look at my AC as it was not cooling. Technician could not find his leak test kit due to misplacing it, could not test for a leak that particular day, but filled up my unit with coolant and scheduled a second visit.

2nd visit - Technician brought the leak test kit this time but found one of the coils to be frozen. Could barely perform the test this time. Said a coil needed to be replaced but had to order it from Knoxville and would take 3-5 business days to arrive and are charging 2400 for it. Now I’m left with no A/C in the middle of summer and no money. Be weary and make sure your tech is competent.
