    First, service company didn't show up within scheduled time block...came HOURS later. Have, also, called multiple times. Refrigerator still not repaired after service visit last week. Was told someone would call me multiple times but no one has called to resolve. They got their payment, though.

    Update: Since initial visit in August (it is now Oct. 30th), 2 different companies, over 10 visits, refrigerator still not repaired. Past ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great experience. I was able to book a next-day appointment online for the repair of my dryer. The technician arrived during my selected 2-hour appointment window and fixed my problem on the spot. Very professional and positive experience.

    This was a confusing arrangement (at least, to me). I agreed initially to the $249.00 guaranteed repair. The vendor assigned my repair came back to me with an estimate TWICE the CANDU price, which put the SCREECH on the project causing a delay on the repair of my stove. CANDU and their vendor came to an agreement/understanding and the repair was completed for the originally quoted price to me. Overall, it was a stressful and anxiety filled experience but I am VERY HAPPY about the outcome, repair and price.

    I was so pleased with CANDU getting my dryer repaired. The repairman showed up promptly, wearing mask , Took shoes off, repairs completed and vey cost so reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them again !!

    I recently had my 17 year old dryer repaired. The tech arrive and determined the problem. All was needed was the inside door lever that powers the dryer, when the door closes. My ten year old said, he was in and out in less than 15 minutes. We immediately used the dryer and there has been no issues.

    So surprised seeing the reviews, they used a contractor so unprprofessional; sub contractor Ericksen Appliance came to my home to do the repair on a Kenmore Elite refrigerator /freezer. He was onetime for the visit, he diagnosed it and told me it was the compressor and he would have to order it, he would see if could get it locally but he would call me and let me know when the part would be here. Not only did he (Daniel Ericksen)not notify Thur.&Fri.I called his office Friday twice and they said he hadn't completed the paperwork.Called Candu afterward they said Ericksen hadn't completed ticket that he took the visit. Candu apologized.

    I had a good experience I just wanted to let you know directly. The repair tech that came to our home was really great! I appreciate how prepared he came for COVID19. He was friendly and sas able to troubleshoot and fix our issue in less than 30 minutes! Please share our positive experience with him.

    Ken w/Ken Dunlap was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain, show what was causing the problem, & what needed to be done. We had a newborn at the home & considering the Covid-19 epidemic he was still able to provide a safe service experience.

    Once a request was made, we were set up to have our refrigerator fixed immediately. Service man arrived on time and was extremely professional/courteous.

    The man who came to fix my washer was 2 hrs late. I had plans that night but had to miss them because I needed it fixed. I tried contacting the company to remedy the situation but they make it mighty hard to get in contact with someone. Dude was cool though & did what was needed so thanks for that part just late af
