Aire Serv of Memphis

We have an annual service agreement with Airserv and have found them to be excellent to work with. We awoke to no heat today on a Saturday. I was able to get a service call scheduled for today, even being a weekend. Our Tech Hunter arrived on time, was very courteous and quickly fixed the flame sensor and we are back in business. He has serviced our equipment previously. We highly recommend Airserv and especially the Annual service program.

The young men were very professional, prompt, concerned about cleaning any mess they might make and very polite. The young man placing my order was very detailed in what was needed to replace my old unit and reassured me they would do whatever was necessary to get me back in good working order as quickly as possible! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Aire Service of Memphis!

Oscar Zueger was extremely professional, responsive and on time as he visited my house two different times. The first time my unit was frozen and so he could not diagnose it. He explained about the monthly plan that would help with maintaining my until and waive emergency call expenses. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning my unit and making sure everything was in good working order. His feedback about what may need to happen later as one of my parts is showing signs of age and wear. I hope that he is the person who comes if anything else needs attention.

Our AC went out on Tuesday afternoon. I called Aire Serv and they put us on the schedule for Wednesday. Josh Porterfield sent a text on Wednesday morning with his picture telling me that he would arrive in 30 minutes. Josh checked out the system. Found the immediate problem and replaced that part, but he also checked the system performance since it's now 18 years old. He discovered a couple of issues that will probably cause the system failure sooner or later. I appreciate how Josh was honest about what he found, but not pushy trying to force us into a decision based on fear tactics. We've used Aire Serve for the past few years and have been pleased with their service

Mr Chris Stone was quick to arrive and quick to repair ( changing filter and a little Freon). So nice and truly understood how desperate my tenants were. He’s my permanent repair man!!

The techs were courteous, knowledgeable and really nice guys. They respected our home. Protected our floors before they began the insulation of our AC and cleaned up nicely afterwards. We can definitely give them a 5 star recommendation without hesitation.

Jerson and Jonathan were excellent. They came on time and stayed all day until job was completed. I didn’t expect all the care they gave to prepping my house for the cleaning and actually cleaning my ducts and vacuuming afterwards. They were wonderful and gave me a lot of information about my system and how to care for it. I am extraordinarily pleased and have already referred them to my daughter. Thank you Aire Serv.
