Dylan and Riley stayed at it. During a maintenance check and repair. They found the heating system to be past the repair stage. Dylan was able to find a new system and Riley stayed till 830pm for the install and to make sure it was running before he left.

The two guys that installed my new HVAC were very professional, knowledgeable and worked diligent to install the new unit as quick as possible.

The service was excellent. A great company who are 100% professional and honest. I would always use this company for A/A install and repairs.

I will say they were very courteous and scheduled a tech within 24 hours (on Christmas eve), which, is why 2 stars instead of one. I'm not convinced the initial $280 repair was the cause of my issue, however, upon completion of this repair the unit was still inoperable and was told I need a new pressure switch. The tech informed me that he was able to "trick" the switch into operation but could not guarantee it will stay working. I was then quoted $442 for an OEM pressure switch (just the part) which they could order today (26 Dec). They called me this morning to see if I wanted to move forward with ordering the part but I declined as I believed this seemed extremely expensive for a pressure switch. After a little research I was able to order the OEM part for my model unit for $27. Don't get me wrong, I understand and am all for businesses making money, but this, to me, was absurd. I have dealt with various businesses and have never come across such mark ups. I have lost all faith and trust in Home Comfort Solutions.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish having them install RetroFoam into the walls of our 1955 home.
All but two rooms had been renovated over the years and had insulation added. There was always a noticeable temperature difference (up to 7 degrees) walking down the hallway, especially in the Winter Although it was comparably a small job for them, I was never made to feel less important. From the initial phone call, estimate, scheduling and through work completion, they were always courteous and professional. Even though I felt like it made a difference, I used a standard tube thermometer over a period of several days to confirm that installing the RetroFoam certainly improved our HVAC efficiency. The temperature in those two rooms is now only 2 degrees off from the thermostat instead of 7. I have no doubt this would've resulted in a much lower heating bill for us had natural gas prices not soared this year. I would highly recommend them and this product.

I have a 1950's rancher that has always been drafty. I had originally contacted Home Comfort to seal up the attic and add more blow in insulation, but they spoke to me about attic encapsulation with spray in, open cell foam. After researching the benefits of this, I decided to spend the extra money and have all the old blow in insulation removed and have them spray the rafters with foam. The process was easy and the installers did a great job, cleaning up after themselves. I was expecting much more of a mess..but you could barely tell there was any work done. Other than a small snafu of where the foam wall should have been placed (which was fixed immediately the next day, without fuss) the process was great. Most importantly, I can tell an immediate difference in my house. No more drafts, and the temperature is consistent across the rooms, which had always been an issue before. I'm very pleased overall and look forward to energy savings this winter!

I had Home Comfort Solutions come and insult all of my exterior walls. They arrived on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up so well. The whole experience was great. I can already tell a difference in the temperature and the amount of noise. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work that they did. I would highly recommend this company.

Pumped foam between inside and outside wall. This had made amazing difference in heating and cooling of our home. I would guess it cut our bill 50%
