I contacted Chris thinking the problem with our HVAC system was going to be a lot worse than it actually was. Fortunately it was an easier, quicker, less expensive fix than anticipated and he provided honest feedback on that, which means he’ll get repeat business from me. Give him a call!

Chris responded quickly to my call for maintenance for my HVAC units. He was prompt, professional, and skilled.

I called him for HAVC service where I wanted to fix a issue the fan was
kept running even when it reaches temperature set in thermostat
Initial I was told, nothing wrong with heating system and after
some time, he tried to replace heat sequence....That did not fix the issue.
Later he said, problem with heating kit and he said $680. When I said, there is no
problem with the heating and keep existing one...he tells me that something broke
while opening it and it has to be replaced with the new now. Now, I had no choice but has to replace heating kit hoping fan issue will fix.
I realized after some time, that did not fix the issue. When I called him again,
he said there is some problem Switch, which controls the fan which he charged me $250.
I said if that fixes the issue, I would go for it. He replaced it and
also, he replaced a broken thermostat and he said it is new one/working thermostat.

Even after spending $900, the fan issue did not fix. Finally,
I ordered goole nest thermostat, which fixed the fan issue.

Conclusion
-he did not diagnosis the problem correctly.
-If something brakes, he should replace it without charing the customer.
-I don't recommend this service.

I called Tactical 511 HVAC service because of a strange noise coming from my heat pump. Chris was fast and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my issue and solved my heating issue. I highly recommend Chris and will use him for future HVAC repairs.
