    B.C. came out right on time, Our old HVAC unit would cost more to repair than replace, leaked out most of the R-22 freon. We got a new unit installed in less the 5 hours. Everything is nice and cool and quiet.

    My mother is 87 years old. She had no cold air during some of the hottest days we've had this summer. On the initial inspection of her unit (they had NEVER serviced before), they diagnosed an issue with the board & had it replaced the same day. Within a couple of weeks, the unit wasn't cooling again. They made a Saturday call & were able to determine there were additional issues that would require a new unit. Did a change out on the unit the next day...a SUNDAY...credited her the charge of the work that was previously done that ultimately didn't fix it, at a price that she could afford as a retired senior. You just don't hear about this level of service today. I knew she was in great hands & wish I could give them 10 stars. There just aren't companies out there that can deliver on the "trifecta"...product, service AND price, but I can tell you BC HVAC CAN!!! Many thanks to everyone at BC HVAC for taking care of her in a way I know no one else would.

    They came to help my sister out with her heating unit... What they didn't know was her boyfriend is licensed with Carrier and that my husband is very knowledgeable about these units as well. Both states away and could not get back to handle this emergency. They (her boyfriend and my husband) told us exactly what was wrong with the unit before BC's even came. I was expecting them to see 2 women and think they were going to get over on us because they thought we didn't know any better. Well how WRONG I WAS.... they explained the problem exactly the way it was explained to us and told us exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. They quoted a fair price and within in a few short hours we had heat again....They have gained not one but 4 new customers if the need should arise. I want to thank them for being HONEST. I want to thank them for their dedication to providing great customer service. I WOULD/WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS THEIR SERVICES!

    Short version: I can’t sing their praises enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Definitely 5 stars!

    I’m new to Nashville. After some unseasonably cold days & a quick ice storm, my heating unit decided to stop working yesterday. My bf is a licensed HVAC tech, but is out of state right now, so I called Carrier to see about the warranty at 7 AM because my house was at about 55° this morning and I cannot wait (8.5 months pregnant and my dog was even shivering). Carrier provided 2 company names for service. I called both (one of which returned my call almost 3 hours later), but at 7 AM, Tina answered the phone at BC. She explained they had a packed schedule today, but they would try to squeeze me in between, although it may be late in the day. At 7:30 AM, she called back to say they’d be stopping by at 8:30 or so to assess the issue, but if their first job ran over, she’d let me know because I intended to go buy back up heat for my family. Before 8:00 AM, Joey called to let me know he was on his way and he was here in minutes. They diagnosed the issue (virtually the same thing my bf said was the issue), quoted a fair price (according to my own and my bf’s professional assessment) and would return later in the day.

    By 2:00, Joey called back to say he was on his way! About 2 hours later, WE HAVE HEAT! Joey took the time to explain the problem and what they were going to do. Brian, the owner, even stopped by to explain the issue in detail, as well as an ancillary issue they discovered (also noted by my bf) that didn’t need to be handled right away, plus explained some efficiencies I could put in place based on Nashville winters... everything Joey and Brian said was absolutely in line with what my trusted resource said (down to the amount of Freon my system would require)... and at the end of the day, they charged UNDER the quoted cost. And we have heat!!!!

    I couldn’t have hoped for better or quicker service! If I’m ever in a bind again, I will definitely use BC Heating and Cooling!

    They were amazing.
    It was nearly 6 o'clock on a Saturday and the capacitor went out on my HVAC blower motor. I had someone that came and met me at their store, after I inadvertently interrupted their dinner, and sold me a new capacitor and helped direct on what may have been the cause of my capacitor going bad. My only alternative would've, in all likelihood, been waiting 2 or 3 days to have a capacitor shipped to me, or at least 2 days at which point I'd have had to miss time at work to run around to buy one then go fix it. All while spending 2 days in my blazing hot, midsummer house. I'm so grateful to them for taking out of their own time to help make my house tolerable again! I'll definitely use them when it is time to replace my whole unit.

    Brian and everyone presented themselves as completely professional from the initial phone call from me, to the follow up, to the quote and having my questions answered in advance was a smooth process. The people who did the installation were neat and clean in the yard, performed some additional work at no charge just to do it the right way, and ensured we were completely satisfied and working properly before they left. The payment process was quick and easy. Finally, their price was several thousand dollars less for the same system that others quoted. Would 1005 recommend and would 100% use them again.

    I just called today and explained an issue we had with the AC. They put me on the phone with a tech who told me what he thought would have to be done. They were able to schedule a visit the same day. They were very reasonable price wise. Both of the guys who came out here were polite and quickly got the work done. What a relief it is to find honest, hard working people in this day and age.

    They came out to fix my a/c unit and did a wonderful job at not only fixing my issue but took the time out to also explain and show me what went wrong and ways to help prevent it from happening again. very honest and hardworking. Highly recommended!
