Got our new HVAC system installed with a couple hiccups. Wrong size unit was sent and would not fit into existing opening. Another unit was sent and it fit. Then there was a wiring problem. Tech arrived and solved it. All in all I'm happy with the service.

#1 in our book. Always speedy response even to a minor issue. Works to get good quality replacement but at best value. Link's will not disappoint. 2 generation family business passed down.

Blake was timely, polite, and professional. He was fair on price, especially knowing that parts are hard to find and inflation has caused items to be outrageous. I’ll continue to use Links as long as they continue to be the high quality LOCAL contractor that they are. Shop local!

I called Devin late in May to have AC installed. He had an estimate to me in a few days and my system installed a few weeks later. The work they did installing my system is neat and clean and done quickly.
While at my home he discovered a propane leak. He traced the problem back to a faulty regulator which my gas provider had to fix ( due to regulatory reasons…they own it). He stayed at my house dealing with the problem into the late evening so we could get our hot water back. After the gas provider “fixed” the regulator, Devin discovered more leaks on thier repair work and fixed it. He and his apprentice went ABOVE and BEYOND. Best customer service I have had the pleasure of interacting with.

we called Blake about our heat pump and he came right out to help us. Extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! Had us up and running quickly and the prices were very reasonable. Gave us options for repair and did an all around amazing job! So wonderful to have such dependable companies locally!

Our house is about 8 years old and we’ve had multiple HVAC issues for the last 5 years. We’ve had several guys come out to service our Rheem system, but the problems never stopped. We also felt these other companies under-performed and over-priced us. A couple of years ago a trusted friend recommended Link’s to us for a mini-split HVAC installation in our garage. Blake came out and did an excellent installation at a more than fair price. We’ve had great performance from that unit so far. The Rheem system continued to have problems, so rather than throwing more money at an out-of-warranty unit, we chose to have Link’s install the best.....a Trane. As expected, the installation was done on time and done very well. After they left, we couldn’t even tell they had been here. Again, his pricing was more than fair. Everything about the Trane is noticeably superior to the unit it replaced. We now, for the first time, have confidence we will be cool in the summer and warm in the winter! The warranty period is also far longer than our last system. I would recommend Link’s to any friend without hesitation. It’s good to have a company we can trust for our HVAC needs.
