Barney's Heating and Air

A tree fell on my HVAC in December and it had to be replaced. They offered a lower bid and seemed nice. They also could come sooner than competitors. After they did the job I was told that they would come back when it got warm to ensure everything was going well and check the cooling on the unit. I reached out to them and asked if they could come. They said they would check the schedule and get back to me and I have not heard from them. I am now have to find another company that will at least follow through.

First time (in this house) getting our heat pump inspected. Technician was detailed in explaining what was both good & bad about our 12 year-old system. He explained that our system was still functional but also showed us a part that might fail in the future. He tested the part in our presence & gave us a fair price for replacement (which we did). We were comfortable enough with the service that we are likely to purchase a service/maintenance agreement this Fall.

Didn't stopped coming to work on it till it was fully fixed highly recommend

Barney took really good care of my Mother. She is legally blind and he was so considerate of her condition. He was fast and efficient. Fantastic service. I would recommend him to anyone. Great job Barney!!!

I was having problems with my HVAC system and I called these guys to come check it out. Bobby and Jacob are very down to Earth guys. Bobby was very upfront about what issues I had with my system and gave me recommendations without feeling like they were trying to push anything on me. I was impressed with the knowledge he had and how fair their pricing was. I'm a single woman that lives alone with my children and I did not once feel uncomfortable with them or feel like they were trying to get over on me. They ended up installing a new unit in my home and did an amazing job. I have not had one issue with it since. I would def. recommend this company to anyone I know! Thank you guys!!

Barneys heating and air are highly recommend they are very professional on time and compared to other company's I didnt have to wait for weeks just to get an appointment I called and they were there the very next day with an estimate and completed the services I needed the next day!!! They also offer financing and and being a single mother like my self who works two jobs just to make ends meet he priced me with in my budget! I was very impressed by the overall out come of there family owned business!! If you need any heating or air repairs barneys heating and air are who you should call!! I just wants to give a big thanks to his team for working as hard as they did

Deserves zero stars.

Made an appointment for 4:00 to have them come give estimate to install additional unit to house. Get a call around lunch saying he may be a little late, which is understandable and I appreciated the heads up. Fast forward to 5:30 and no update on his arrival so I messaged him asking how much longer he would be. He responded saying he was stuck in traffic and he could be at the house on Monday if I had things to do (a.k.a. he wasn't going to make it and didn't bother to reach out and tell me that until I messaged him). We ended up rescheduling for the next day, a Saturday, at 8am. 8am was a time he gave me that worked for him, not a time requested by me. Fast forward to 8:30 the next morning and no sign or update from him so I messaged him again asking if he was still coming. He didn't message back until 10:00 claiming he was still coming and he lost his phone in a crawl space. Maybe the phone was lost but between the hours of 6pm on a Friday and 8am on a Saturday seem like odd hours to be in a crawl space (especially for an individual who fails to make it to appointments in the first place). I was already frustrated at this point because who enjoys being stood up by HVAC guys on a Friday evening and then again on a Saturday morning? So I asked him what time he could be there (again) and he responded with 12:15. He ended up being late again with no update or "I'm running late" message so I called him and he had another excuse so I told him we'd find someone else. The entire situation was a complete clown show. If you enjoy wasting your days away being stood up by an HVAC technician then these are your people. 3 appointments in less than 2 days, 3 excuses, and 0 sightings of the guy. I suggest finding another place to do your business.

Highly recommend Barney and his team. They were super responsive and helpful. Replaced my outdoor and indoor unit with no issues. Will be using them in the future for all HVAC services.

When my ac broke at 5pm I called Barneys and they came out to fix it that night! He was friendly, fast, and very professional! Super impressed with this company and definitely recommend them !

Awesome customer service! I called with a problem with my furnace, and he helped me fix it over the phone. Southern hospitality at it's finest. I'm scheduling a furnace service ASAP from him because I definitely want to give him my business!
