I was a vendor for this company, gave them a 2nd chance after paying late the first time. This most recent payment of just $55.00 received from them was not only late. The check bounced. I will take this negative review down as soon as this company pays me via certified check and the returned check fee as well.

This company has been nothing short of a blessing. We've built a great relationship. Jackie is so amazing! I can always count on her for assistance. Steve is always full of positive energy and business. I learned a very valuable business lesson from Mr. Meridith that I will take through out my lifetime in business while sitting across the table from him. This company is a example of Chic Fila in Commercial Cleaning and Maintenance Services.

If I could leave no stars I would. Enviro will not pay you. The people that left 5 stars are the people that work for the company or friends/family because they are trying to cover up bad reviews. Go off the first 3 reviews left about them not paying vendors because that’s the truth. Company has no structure other than giving you work and then never paying you for the job. Beware this will happen to you as a vendor.

If you are in the cleaning industry, you probably have had to deal with property management companies. I have tried many different ones over my 30 years in business. It is tough to find a good one, and by "good," I mean one that will make sure you get paid on time as long as you do your part. Now, the Liasion you deal with has a whole lot to do how smooth everything runs Enviro USA calls that person a Client Service Rep (called other names at other companies, some not so good). My rep's name is April Newsom and she is a good one. April has always been on top of everything from the get-go.
