I originally called comfort heroes to come over and look at my unit. They did minimal checks, and turned off my outside unit when they left, without telling me. They told me I would need a new unit, and quoted me over $7,000 and pushed for me to sign up to buy it on the spot.

After asking around at my workplace I heard of Ruppert word of mouth and he came highly recommended. He was responsive and on time with a next day appointment when I was available after hours when I got off work. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue for a literal fraction of the price I believed I would initially be having to pay. He got my house cool again for 7% of the first companies quoted price.

I will be highly recommending him to anybody that is having a/c issues. I will also be going back to him again in the future whenever the need arises.

Josh was awesome! We needed a new furnace desperately and wanted to install central air but the prices were way to much. But then we came across Josh and he not on⁴ly was able to get us a great deal but did an expertly professional job at removing the old furnace then installing both new units! And it didnt take him very long at all!! He's the one to call if you need any service help at all!

When I had issues with my AC not working yesterday, Josh came over the same day. Not only did he fix it, he did it at an extremely fair price! AC runs like new and blows ice cold. I could not be happier with the fast, affordable and courteous service I got from Josh. Will recommend him to everyone I know!

It's Sunday...the heater quits working at 9pm, and I had no space heaters to use for such emergencies. All of the "24/7" heating services never answered their phones, except Josh. He came over and got the heater working in a short amount of time. Josh is a very nice guy and had reasonably priced services. I definitely will recommend him to others and will be calling him if I need heating services again. Thank you Josh for answering your phone and coming over on a Sunday night!! Amazing service! Called him at 415pm begging for him to stop out and look at our AC that had quit working on a 90 degree day. He not only came out after 5pm, but was also very reasonably priced. Very friendly guy too! Would 10/10 recommend

Ruppert installed all of our HVAC for our new construction. He sized the system to make sure our new home would be perfect for us and it sure has been. He also did in floor heat in the basement and a second zone in our garage. Couldn’t ask for better setup. Highly recommend Ruppert for all of your HVAC and in floor heat needs!!

Josh went through my furnace and made sure my AC unit was running at it's best. Nice guy, good price and honest. You won't pay for anything you really don't need.

Best in town!!! Had a problem with my a/c on Saturday afternoon and Josh came right out. Fix the problem within a hour and didn't change anything extra for coming out on a weekend. I would highly recommend him for any of your Heating&Cooling 👍
