    What a great experience. Thought getting a new AC unit and Furnace was going to be a huge headache, but with Baete it was actually easy and pleasant experience. Ryan Sexton explained my options, pricing, pros/cons, and was very honest through the entire sales process. Great to work with and responsive. Matt Weber the installer was very professional and did excellent work, consulting me on my options for venting, putting in more materials/work to get to my liking since older home. No extra sneaky charges like expected initially, everything was up front. Highly recommend Baete-Forseth for HVAC needs.

    Multiple negative experiences with tech and service department. Paid over 300$ to replace a part, and less than 3 months later the system needs replaced. Told returning part and refund was not an option but I could "talk to Ryan and see if he'd give you a good deal". Never will use again or recommend to anyone.

    I filled out an online form for service and never was contacted. So I called instead. We needed our AC serviced since it didn't seem to be putting out enough cool air. A tech came out and said he cleaned it, but there really wasn't much difference with how cool it was after he was done. It just seemed like the tech didn't really do that much.

    We contacted another company and they adjusted a few settings and stated that our coil was still very dirty. Our air was by 7 degrees cooler when they got done. This made a huge difference!

    I feel like I paid for nothing with this company. Would not recommend!

    Very poor service. Advised us to purchase a new furnace despite our furnace being only 6 years old due to fluctuating temps in our home. Left us without heat overnight because installer forgot a hose. Person who was supposed to arrive next day to cut new register didn’t show up. Had to call to find out he wasn’t coming and wouldn’t get there until the following week. When the new furnace didn’t fix the problem, the service manager came out and said the problem was the ductwork. Frustated and out several thousand dollars on a new furnace that didn’t fix our problem.

    Had an appointment for 2 PM. Got out to location 30 minutes late. Took him 30 minutes to identify the problem, which is understandable.

    The technician didn't know what to do to fix it, and had to call a senior to help fix it over the phone, while the on-site one had taken pictures.

    He then went to the literal opposite side of the city to get a single part.

    All of the time waiting around wouldn't have impacted the review too much, if it weren't for the fact that they are charging by the hour: $100/hr + repair and part cost.

    Are you really telling me that a more experienced and prepared technician is cheaper? Ridiculous.

    I would do 10 star if I could. On Dec. 21, 2017, my furnace hadn’t been working for about 4 days, I finally was fed up with it after trying to fix it myself(I’m pretty handy). So I called this company and was able to get 2 technicians (Andy and Jordan, Jordan was still in training) at my house within less than one hour! Within an hour or so of them coming to my home they had completely checked all the wiring and other components of my furnace/heat pump and determined it was all good. They then showed me the final thing that could be wrong...my filter (which I replaced 1 week before them coming). My bedroom humidifier had created such fine dust that it clogged my high allergen filter and required replacing. Instead of charging me several hundred dollars to replace something in my system that didn’t need replacing, they told me I needed to get a new filter and stop running my humidifier that clogged the system. I did so right away and sure as heck, the whole system runs like a charm. I had never used this company before, but I tell you what, next time I need anything done, whether it’s maintenance or a whole new system, you can bet your booty I’m calling this company first!

    I had called another company to try to figure out why all 4 of our units would not function. The other company spent 4 hours and misdiagnosed the issue suggesting I needed to call an electrician. I had a hunch this was bad advise and got a hold of Baete-Forseth. Their tech Jayson showed up the same day and after 2.5 hours correctly diagnosed the issue and got all the units running with no parts required! If you have a complicated commercial system do not call anyone else!

    Great service, needed emergency on a Saturday. They called back right away and came right over and knew exactly what to do and fix. Nice knowledgeable guy .
