My Home Warranty insurance company sent these people to repair my fridge and A/C. They arrived without the proper tools and skills to do the work. They were old (beyond 70), couldn’t see and they were (both) physically incapable of doing the work. Nice guys, but VERY unprofessional. They had no clue what was wrong with my A/C, so they reported to the Home Warranty people that I needed a new compressor and 8 lbs. of Freon! After waiting a week for them to fix my A/C in +90 degree heat, I called a professional who properly diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes (had nothing to do with the compressor or Freon) and I had my A/C fixed the same day. Eastern Services wasted a week of my time and would have cost $680 in parts that were not even remotely related to the problem. BEWARE!

The parts they reported were not broken and tried to have me pay for them. They never fixed my freezer and cashed my check, JOHN FREEMAN was very VERY rude and unprofessional never returned my calls and with MIA after he took my money! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Very unprofessional. The owner said he "forgot" about me when he first got my claim from my insurance company. Made up excuses about how he needs a secretary and he can't afford one. So then he finally came out (on a Saturday) and didn't bring his glasses. He could not even see 6 inches in front of his face and I am not exaggerating. He literally had to touch the wall to feel where he was at in my garage. He heard my dog barking and wanted to see what he looked like and wanted to pet my dog. I picked my dog up and brought him over to the guy and put my dog right in front of the guy and he couldn't even see him. He kept asking my boyfriend to help him since he couldn't see. So unprofessional and he made my boyfriend and me extremely uncomfortable the entire time he was at our house with various remarks. He then said he was going to order a part and he would call me when it came in and they usually take 2-3 days tops for him to get the parts in. A week and a half went by and I didn't hear from him so I called him. He said the part came in and he would come by that Saturday to fix my dishwasher. So then Saturday rolls around, I don't hear from him, no one is answering the business phone. I finally got a hold of him on his cell and he told me he didn't actually go pick up the part and that the business he gets his parts from is closed Saturday through Monday since it is a holiday weekend. I told him I was extremely dissatisfied with his services and he told me I wasn't a priority and he had more important things to fix at the moment like peoples refrigerators. Mind you, I have been dealing with my dishwasher being broken and this repair man for 3 - 4 weeks at this point. So then he said he refuses to come out on a Saturday anymore unless he gets paid double time and the only time he will come out is Monday - Friday and only in the morning. I don't know about everyone else, but I work Monday- Friday from 8-5 and the earliest he would come out is 8am. So, I figured out a Monday that my boyfriend could stay home for him to come and when I called him back to arrange this he said "Call your insurance company and tell them I am not coming out anymore, I am not dealing with you." Oh, and I had already paid the guy. I have never dealt with a "company" that is as unprofessional as this owner is and I would definitely not recommend his services, or lack there of, to anyone.

These gentlemen came to fix my Stove and did a great job. Yes, they are older, but they have more knowledge in their little pinkies than a thousand young people. Most of us in the USA will have to work into our later years..let's not judge too harshly.. YOU maybe be working later in life too!

This man was honest, if he couldn't read something he would have you read it for him and he was so compassionate he did everything he could to help and give you the best deal, he never tried to be anything he wasn't, he was very pleasant to talk to. He is very honest very hard working and he and his son did a very good job. You cannot go wrong by hiring them if anything he will hook you up! And get you a good honest deal

The gentleman was close to blind. They were not organized. I did not always get a returned call. They were nice but unprofessional. I feel bad that they need to work at their age(over 70ish). However, I wish them the best.
