We have used Parker Heat & Air for years for minor repairs and replacement, as well as recurring maintenance. They are honest and hard working, and do not pressure you into high cost repairs or installations. We have NEVER felt the need to call around for options with them, and have always had a great experience.

Just had Logan from Parker HVAC here doing my 1st system inspection and tune up since my HVAC system was installed in April of 2019.
Logan was professional, courteous, punctual, and knowledgable in all areas of his trade. I was confident in his abilities and felt comfortable with him in my home.
I would highly recommend Parker HVAC without any reservation!!!

Our house desperately needed a new and updated HVAC system. We had the big companies come out and give us a quote, however they were unwilling to install a brand new system because "it was too much work". Mr. Parker came out twice and helped us figure out a solution to our problem when no one else cared. He didn't flinch on the amount of work required and Mr. Parker and his son-in-law (sorry not good with names) came out and spent all day in the heat installing a brand new system. They were awesome, me and my family cannot thank this company enough for the dedication, and professionalism they showed and continue to show by making themselves available 24/7, even last Christmas when we had a hard freeze and Mr. Parker called me back within a hour. Its been over a year now and the system works flawlessly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their heating and/or air conditioning. Thank you Parker heating and air conditioning for your outstanding work and loyalty.

Shockingly horrible customer experience with the office staff. Our house was build in 2015 and Parker installed the units. We got their information from our builder. Will update this review once we her how the upcoming technician visits go.

Our upstairs AC is having issues - it has been in the 90s here in the last few days and we have a young baby. I called this morning to schedule an appointment and a gentleman told me he’s sending a technician to the house this afternoon and I will get a call 30 minutes prior. He said it could cost $89 for the technician to come out and any repair parts would be free since we are still under warranty.

I called back mid-afternoon because nobody called or showed us and we couldn’t wait here all day, and after multiple holds, disconnected lines (without call back. I had to call back) and speaking with three different people about our AC issues, I was told that nobody had any record of us or our call this morning in the system - except for our address - and then I was asked to pay over $300 to get on their twice a year maintenance plan. Then, I was told that no one could come look at our systems until two+ weeks from now. I was very upset and the gentleman on the phone then said he can send a technician on Wednesday (today is Monday). I have to wait three days in this heat. Not to mention how this morning they said they were sending someone over this afternoon.

I’ve never experienced more inefficient and ineffective customer service, especially from local businesses. Depending on how well the technicians’ services go and whether they’ll keep selling additional services or products we’ll seriously consider looking into their competitors and tell our friends + family about today’s shocking experience.

We just bought a house one week after moving in all of the sudden our air and heat wasn’t working. We called Parker heating and air conditioning that morning they came out two hours later Logan knew exactly what was going on and was able to fix the problem!! Thank you

Danny and Logan are two great guys that put their heart and soul in there work! They worked on my unit till 10 one night just to get my family relief of some air till the shop opened in the morning to get my parts.

I am a service contract customer now for the third years. Logan did an excellent job in the past. Now, I just sent messages that I need to check my system. Because I did not get any answer I also left a phone message two days ago. Still, no answer.

These guys are top notch. Small family outfit that does some serious work. It's 10:41pm right now and the son is replacing parts on my unit for a price that wasn't bad... at all.

It's obvious these guys aren't looking to make a fortune but live off word of mouth and repeat business. They are definitely worth calling for a quote.
