The gentlemen that came out didn't hesitate to get straight to work and were more than polite; they aired on the side of friendly. When we met Derrick we were having major issues that were caused by the incorrect installation of our unit. He got the issues corrected and now does the yearly maintenance on both of our units. He is honest and very fair on his prices. He has always gone above and beyond to help with any issues and he always calls us to follow up and make sure everything is still working as it should. Derek and team are a rare find in this industry. They are professional technicians and equipment installers that work for fair price, do excellent work, and don’t drop any surprises on you. They just finished a new hearing/air install including new duct work at my home. Our duct work was originally undersized from original home builder. We have put up with a lot over time. Phoenix came in, quoted the entire job with a fair price. It’s the high heat season and it took about a week to begin work. He volunteered a window unit (no extra charge) to assist us to make it through till the work was completed. We could not envision a better result and would recommend them to anyone.

All of the staff at Phoenix Air are very professional. I recently had my upstairs unit replaced. Derek and his team were very prompt in getting our unit replaced. We now use Phoenix Air for all our our seasonal maintenance needs. These guys know what they are doing with years of experience. My phone calls were returned promptly and service was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. We decided a replacement was needed and proceeded with scheduling. They were on time and even scheduled one of the “band aid” repairs on a Saturday in an attempt to provide temporary cooling. After installing the new unit, I received a follow up call.
