Fulmer Heating & Cooling

I purchased a new 5 ton package unit from Fulmer Heat & Air in august of 2016. Great job, that's what I say. From the initial visit with Dave, through the installation, everyone was professional and friendly. And my system has kept us warm all winter. Thanks Dave, and all the folks at Fulmer Heat & Air.

Fulmer did a great job when we needed to replace our system. Service was prompt and professional, and they were great to work with when we need some follow-up. The new system is working great!

Full marks all around. Arrived at our house within 2 hours of calling, even the day before a holiday. Jesse was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue, and his PVC work is top-notch. Professional and courteous, I highly recommend Fulmer Heating and Cooling.

My wife was at home while the technician was figuring out the issue with AC, but the technician did not provide any work report to her. He did not get OK from my wife or me to fix the problem if there was a problem.

I received an unacceptable invoice a week later According to the invoice, he refilled 3 LB PURON, and there should be a leak in the close system; prior to this step, he has to check the leak, but there is nothing about the leak check. Is this the normal process?

I sent an email on September 14th, but so far I could not get any response to my email. I called today to get more details about their work and a copy of signed work order, but person who was over the phone said I will send a technician to take our the refilled PURON.

Please KEEP YOURSELF AWAY from this company. I will report them to BBB.
I checked their reviews before I call them I am sure their reviews are fabricated and fake.

Great job by the installers. The team worked well together and quickly had our new system in place and running. We are very happy with our new Daikin unit!

UPDATE: In response to your reply; we have spoken face to face on two separate occasions regarding this incident and i would like to get it resolved.
I am very disappointed that Dave Carson does not take responsibility for his employees. My car was damaged during the install of a new A/C unit. They Stacked metal directly in front of my car and scratched the front bumper but claim it could not be from them. Stated that "it could have come from anywhere, rocks crack the windshield on my trucks going down the road all the time." I will NEVER give this irresponsible, dishonest company my business. Along with scratching my car they did not show up for the first 2 appointments without any notification and left the natural gas line loose after installing the new unit inside.

We purchased the ductless ac units, it was the best decision ever! It has reduced our utilities by 50%. It keep the building at the perfect temperature. It has been a blessing to us 😊

Fulmer's is professional and reasonable. They repaired our unit in a very timely manner.
