This company sent Sammy out to move a gas line behind my range on June 16, 2022. Was assured all was completed with no leaks I began getting a gas smell the on June 30 and again on July 1. I called Sky HVAC and talked to the lady who answered the phone I told her there was a gas smell and I needed a plumber to come check. Was told they had no one available until July 5 and she could send someone then. Meanwhile go out and cut off the gas line until the following Tuesday. I said this was an emergency and they should come back out since it was their problem. I had family coming and needed my range and hot water. She told me no one could come. I called Dominion Gas and they came to check and I did have a bad leak. They cut off the gas. l finally found someone to come out and repair the damage. To get to the pipe to properly cut it off the sheetrock had to be cut out and Sky HVAC should pay for this as it was their fault, plus should have been a high priority emergency call. Had I not been home, my house could have caught fire or blown up.

If there was an ability to provide more than five stars, this company has earned it. Our HVAC system, at my store Cigars on 17 in Mount Pleasant needed to be replaced. They came twice late at night to try and fix it before it was determined it needed to be replaced. Since it was a retail store, time was of the essence, and they managed to get a new unit and install it within a week of the problem being diagnosed. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the work, and how easy they were to work with.

Corey, Ryan, Nick, and Connor installed my heat pump and we’re very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Received a brand new HVAC a couple months back and they reached out to provide maintenance to make sure things were behaving as they should. Breck and Everett with Sky HVAC - Raleigh came out on time. Clean, professional, great attitudes, and went to work. I had mentioned to them that the upstairs heat is a little much and they were able to make some adjustments to make things better. Highly recommend them.

Our HVAC system went out on us just days before the coldest temps we’ve ever faced in Charleston. The Sky Team kept us informed with who & when someone would be out. Sammy came out to look over the system and showed me what the problems were. We made the decision to purchase a New Carrier System and Sammy went out and bought us Space Heaters to utilize while waiting for the installation. The entire Sky Team was very professional and ensured we were pleased with the entire service process.
The old saying goes that, you get what you pay for & I’m here to tell you that you won’t go wrong with utilizing Sky HVAC.
