I'm a loyal Olde Towne Heating & Air customer and have been since their Lonzie & Son days. They provide superior customer service at all hours and days of the week (call them during a snowstorm and they are there!), have knowledgeable and attentive technicians, and Mr. Allen provides extremely competitive quotes for superior Lennox equipment. We greatly appreciate the honesty and clear explanation when issues need to be resolved. I would highly recommend Olde Towne to anyone!
Great service. Me had very loud vibration in walls. Described the loud sound and of course the system did not do it. When the system did not vibrate I expected it to be a wasted trip. The technician knew the common issues and knew to tighten a manifold. No more loud vibration. 👍 great experience.
Multiply times out to our home, still having issues with our HVAC that isn't even 2 years old. Don't return phone calls in a timely matter. Having young children in the home doesn't seem to be a priority.

Olde Towne Heating & Air take full advantage of the fact that they know their customers know nothing about heating and air conditioning. The guy who runs the place used to run Lonzie & Son that went out of business because they did the same thing. Get some quotes from other companies with brand names. They will usually be about 10% more than Olde Towne, and you will get equipment by Carrier, or Trane that is worth 3x the Bryant junk that Olde Towne is pedalling, and you will get twice the service.
Old towne helped me out fixing a new unit others installed incorrectly. It broke down and the compressor went out in yr one. Frank sent his people over and the young man did great and was very kind and considerate. Reading some of these other reviews, and based on my experience with olde towne, i believe these negative reviews are unfounded. I would highly recommend olde towne.

My elderly mother needed to have her air conditioner checked during one of the warmer months in Mt. Pleasant...not sure what month it was. She called Lonzie. Someone came out and bottom line they said she neede a new HVAC system. She said ok after all said and done, they left her house at about 6:30 p.m. The very next morning between about 8:00 and 8:30 A.M. she called to cancel because she was told by a friend that she could probably get a better system for less money if she would call someone else. Lonzie took her $6000.00 but only refunded $5100.00 because they said there would be a $900.00 RESTOCKING FEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only 14 hours passed and there was a $900.00 RESTOCKING FEE ?????????????????????????????????????
My name is Frank and I am the son from Lonzie and Son and worked with my dad for 28 Years till 2009.He did try to sell the business and was scammed. The other company was calling themselve Lonzies, Lonzies Fireman and finally just firemans heating and air before they shut down I do not know who this first person is she has not dealt with OldeTowne and we do not keep customers money when we have not earned it . Who would pay for a job 100 % down I know I would not. I assure you we are honest and very hard working just as my dad taught me to be . Please contact me if I can answer any questions
