Your technician Shaun did an excellent job. He serviced our 2 air conditioning systems at our oceanfront house in Wild Dunes. We talked before, during and after he finished. One was fine and one was on the verge of serious issues with water not draining. He was thorough and completely serviced all the issues. Great work and follow up

Cedric did a great job and Custom Climate Heating and Air is lucky to have him. Not only is he knowledgeable about the entire HVAC system but he does a fantastic job of explaining everything to a less than knowledgeable homeowner.

Their technician, Cedrick, came for semi annual maintenance of our systems and discovered a problem with heating from one of our units. He had to order a part but enabled the system to operate on emergency heat until the new part comes in. Thank you and please send Cedrick back to complete the repair when the part arrives.
