One of the most honest and professional heating and Cooling companies that I have ever worked with. After buying a home with two older heat pumps and having some issues that the home warranty company “repaired” we had Swails Heating & Cooling come and take a look at our units. We knew they were old and close to the end of their useful life when we bought the house. Derick never pressured us to buy new units and explained all of our options very clearly and let us make the choice that was best for us at that time. After needing to have the units repaired a couple of times for different things we finally pulled the trigger and had both units replaced. I honestly wish we would have done it much sooner. The units that Swails Heating & Cooling put in were much more efficient and cut our power usage by 40% saving us money. With the amount saved on our power bill the units will have paid for themselves in three years. I cant recommend Swails Heating & Cooling enough. We have found our heating and cooling company for life.

Derick Swails and his team installed a new AC unit for our home. They were in and out on schedule and we are very happy with their work. Price was fair, they were professional, and they did a great job. We’ll use Swails Hearing & Air again and recommend them to anyone!

Honest. Best working and quality unit we have had. Very knowledgeable on any unit. He took care of our old unit until we decided to replace it. No pressure from Swails at all. All we got was honest advice and great service.

He gives detailed information so we can consider our options of whether to repair or replace. He is a southern gentleman who uses good, respectful language. Unlike other companies, he does not inflate the cost of parts and even gives us the option of purchasing the parts online if we can find a better price. He is honest and does exactly what he promises. Once you've established a report with Derick, he is always available for questions and makes referrals if other services are needed that he does not offer. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
