SWAT Heating & Air replaced all my ductwork today under my crawlspace. I just bought my home (built in 1960) last spring, and the ductwork was upwards of 15 years old and in serious need of repair/replacement. Bobby and his team were quick, professional, reliable, kind, and honest - which is a rarity in this world. Since I am a single woman living alone out here, I’ve had my fill of contractors charging too much and making inappropriate advances, leaving me feeling very vulnerable. Bobby has earned my trust 1000% and I cannot recommend him enough.

On a scale of 1-10, SWAT Heating & Air gets a 10+plus-plus. They displayed a "praiseworthy" sense of responsibility for service they rendered at my residence in March 2023. The service I received was beyond exceptional, and totally exceeded my expectations. Their team responds in a timely manner, is courteous, and extremely professional. It's obvious they have mastered their craft. After troubleshooting the problems, they explained them to me in a way that I could clearly understand, and then proceeded to swiftly resolve the problems. Bubba came out and inspected our unit. He was thorough and was trying to help us get the most economical and reliable repairs possible. He was super knowledgeable, respectful and nice. When he showed up our unit was not blowing cold and he had it blowing cold within an hour. I cant recommend him enough. He was prompt and responsive to our messages.

SWAT does all of our heating and air needs around our church, Hammerdown facilities and my home! Top notch work. You wont find anyone more trustworthy and hard working!

Tyson and Hunter from SWAT HEATING AND AIR were wonderful and very professional. They worked diligently to figure out the problem. They were patient and adamant about making sure that when they left our residence that everything was working properly. The were knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and why. I commend then for all there efforts. This was truly a pleasant experience. This company will definitely be my choice for their services in the future.

Was having trouble with my a/c as the temperatures were rising, and were having trouble getting in touch with the rental companies hvac crew. When the maintenance crew called SWAT, they were there that same day and had it fixed and ready to go that day. Tyson was very personable and professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Service Call answered right away, and they were able to work me in the same day as last appointment. He repaired the heater with a part he had on his truck, and I had heat within an hour. Yes I would recommend him to my friends.

Bubba was awesome and saved the day. We woke up Saturday morning with our water heater leaking water all over the garage. He was able to come right away to replace it and beat everyone else’s price. Great customer service and great people. Highly recommend! A+++

When your heat goes out on Christmas Eve on a record cold day, you want SWAT Heating and Air on speed dial. The guys came right over, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and shockingly reasonable even on a major holiday. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs!
