Great experience with Palmetto Heating and Air. Our heat is out, and we got a diagnostic from another company. The part they said we needed wouldn't be in for a while, so we called around to see if anyone could help us get our heat on sooner. The woman who answered the phone at Palmetto was SO helpful and kind. David came out to look at our furnace the same day, and let us know our issue was something entirely different from what the first company said. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Will definitely call them again if we have further issues.

Palmetto Heat and Air came out within hours of us losing our air conditioning today. They diagnosed our issue, got the parts needed and had us running the same afternoon. We are so grateful for their fantastic, caring, prompt and professional service. They made a long term customer today. These people are amazing. They may be a small company but they do everything to make their customers happy. We tried to get a coil replaced on our AC under warranty with a bigger company and they told us it was not possible nor was it possible to bandage our system until the coil comes in. not only did Cameron tell us that he got it under warranty he also patched up our AC again and again when ever it broke down. They are extremely professional and try and save you money time and time again. Thank You Palmetto Heating and Air.

My old furnace failed the week before Christmas. The office contact, Tracie was awesome. The communication was great. She kept me informed. David was efficient and professional. They were able to replace my old unit in a couple of days. The installation team was professional and got me up and running in no time. I am very impressed! The entire experience was great. Great communication, amazing customer service and a good price!

Palmetto Heating & Air continues to provide outstanding service quickly and successfully every time we reach out. Tracie is always professional and courteous and immediately schedules a technician to address our concerns. David came to our home this week, discovered a leak and repaired it. We immediately felt our house cooling off in the high temps of a SC summer. We find ourselves trusting any recommendations the technicians make as their advice is always spot on.

We have used the services of Palmetto Heating & Air since we purchaced our home 5 years ago. We've always received outstanding service quickly as possible and at fair prices. Last Friday at 6:30 our AC system would not shut off and I called . David came out within an hour, figured out the problem and made temporary repairs as a part needed to be ordered. Temporary fix sis working fine, and once again the Company and David came through like champions when we needed them the most.

Highly recommended! I called about getting an entire new unit installed and John was at my house giving me a quote the same week! Once I accepted the quote, I was getting my new unit installed 5 days later. John, Brandon, Miles, and the rest of the team did a great job installing my unit. Fast, friendly, and clean service.
