Johnstone Supply Greenville

Found a bad motor on my furnace on 40 something degree Friday night. No HVAC service companies available for repair same day, and no suppliers open for business in my immediate area. Thankfully Johnstone Spartanburg & Greenville were open and worked together to provide the motor I needed. Installed perfect replacement motor and had it running in no time. Thanks Johnstone Greenville & Spartanburg! Thanks to Paul and team for excellent customer service even on Saturdays!

Johnstone has always gone above and beyond to help us find parts for our customers. Recently with the snow an elderly couple had been freezing because their second source of backup heat went out. They had been waiting over a week for a part from another company. They called us and I called Johnstone on Saturday. This location didn't have the part but found another in Easley that did. The manager there graciously got the part for us and I met him. That's way above and beyond the call of service! A very heart felt thank you from us and our very happy and warm customer!

Couldn’t have been more pleased when I walked out. Friendly staff and excellent selection. Turned a $200 repair to a $15 part (and a much cooler house!). Thank you

So I went and bought a part based on the service person advice. Was not told that they do not take returns on electrical parts. Turned out the service person advice was wrong came back to return it and they could give a crap less about there service or support. I will use Graniger.

My opinion is that this a good company to work with for your heating and air supplies in Greenville, SC.
