Grainger Industrial Supply

Called customer service. Gave them the exact part number I needed. Asked them if it was in stock at the Greenville SC. store. They said yes it was. I get over there and they don't have it. Lousy customer service. Same ole story everywhere. Complete incompetence. Wasted my time.

Awesome customer service provided by Angela in the Greenville SC store!!
She didn't have the part in stock but was able to locate it in the warehouse so I could get it next day. But she didn't stop there, I needed another part to repair my garage door where I drove into it but they didn't carry the part. So, and I couldn't believe this, she did a Google search and found the part listed with a local competitor!!! We called and I was able to pick up my part same day. How many people these days would go that far to help a customer. Now I'm a customer for life.

I visited Grainger today to buy some smoke and soot sponges. Mike helped me and he was great. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I Order large quantities of safety glasses and get them within 1 business day.

I also used to work for their distribution center in fountain inn. Great place for employment so long as you have half way decent work ethic.

Good luck gettinga guard to come check you in at night. You'll call and sit for an hour waiting for someone. No respect for the driver here.

Made phone order with associate for same day pickup after 3. Got there to pickup and they did not have the item in stock. Wasted my time and caused more downtime on my machine.

Very slow, very small stock ! If you need to buy or return anything you will be here for a while !! 45 minutes for simple item return! 1 hour to order a shoe from a catalogue!!
