Nathan was an excellent tech! Came in sooner than requested, completed our maintenance check up, and replaced a part within the same maintenance check up! Had an excellent work up description, diagnostics were provided in an understanding way, and he was just a friendly employee giving you the truth. Happy to recommend them and looking forward to them taking care of our future hvac needs! We got the maintenance membership that ensures two annual check ups as well.

Nathan did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I appreciate the time he took to explain the good and the bad. He made suggestions on things that could help/improve our systems, but never tried to make a “hard sell”.

Hal Marvin came out to fix our ac and was very professional and ethical. He has a nice demeanor and is very polite and trustworthy. They were able to come out very quickly which we appreciated in this heat. Highly recommend!

Hal Marvin was excellent technician! Explained the HVAC system of my newly purchased home to me in great detail. Primary job was a system checkup and installation of smart thermostats. Systems components and testing were photographed and provided to me in digital report along with recommended maintenance and service. Excellent service, professional, and with a great attitude.

Mike, Zach and Dominic did such a great job! I was kept up to speed with all that was going on, what was done each day and what was left to do. Also a few minor issues not related to the HVAC were addressed while they were under the house. Over all I am pleased with all they have done. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Hal came out to look over our system and give an estimate and was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and more!! In less than a week Latoyia had us scheduled for a duct cleaning and new filters to install. Mike and Gray were very professional, explained all that was to take place, and were expedient in their work. They also took extra precautions with making sure our furniture and walls were not damaged in any way. We are very happy with all the workmen and so far we love our cleaner smelling air and feel great about our new filters!! We will be recommending Blue Ridge to everyone!

I called blue ridge heating and air on a Sunday they offered to come out that day because my daughters downstairs heat wasn’t working but we said your next appointment would be fine which they had Hal out Monday at 8:30am. Hal was great! He answered all our questions and was in and out and had the heat fixed in no time. He even found duct work in attic that also was just blowing air into the attic and fixed that as well. Thank you so much! Great company to work with. My daughter and her family have heat again! 🥰

Hal and Ryan saved the day! Though the Blue Ridge Team was booked for the day they came out after hours to check out our AC. We have a 2 day old baby and our AC went out (always happens that way lol). They arrived with a smile, quickly went to work on fixing the problem, and fixed our AC. Our little family is beyond thankful for these guys! They really made our day!
