I can’t recommend this company/man enough! Another company around town was charging us an arm and a leg and never actually fixed the problem. We were without heat for days, but when we called Bryant for a second opinion, they were out within the hour and had the problem solved not long after arriving. They’re the most trustworthy and reliable company we’ve found! If you ever have any heating or air problems, call Bryant!

This is the best heating service I have used in Columbia. They are fast, well priced, honest, and good at what they do. I will be recommending them to anybody that has heating or air issues in the future. Thank you for everything!

Excellent, courteous, problem solving, knowledgeable service.
I am extremely happy with the repair and the way they handled the service call every step of the way. They were very courteous and showed up with mask and worked on the unit outside. This was an old 12-year-old heater. Never had to come inside the house. They would knock on the door to let me know when they arrived and left. After replacing the parts that a previous repairman had taken out, and still had conflicting information, they went into problem solving mode and got on the phone with the manufacturer. They had to come back with a part, but when the part was not available, they still sent someone to advise me of the delay and gave me new estimate of when they would come back to finish the repair. They were honest and upfront with costs. Bryant Heating was able to repair what previous two repairmen where not.

They came out within 30 mins. Gave a quote for us financed and had the unit installed 2 days later.
