Custom Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating

I'd recommend these guys all day long.

In 2011, I bought a 1995-built house with original AC/Heat units for both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs unit died in 2017 and the upstairs unit died in 2021. Since owning this home, I've used Custom Comfort to do the occasional small repairs getting the most life out of those original units. I also used them for the eventual replacements on both of those units. The staff is professional, they do a great job, and they stand behind their work.

If you're looking for the cheapest, these guys may not be for you. If you want to be comfortable with working AC/Heat and expect a good balance of cost and quality, call these guys.

My technician was named Scott. He came out and with in two hours, had the problem fixed. He was courteous and knew his stuff. He also gave me me some great pointers. I don't want my AC to break anymore, but I know who to call if it does.

Gary and his crew install a new unit in my mother’s home today. They were courteous and conscientious! The Best!!! We needed the unit replaced quickly and Custom Comfort delivered and installed the unit quicker than we ever expected. I highly recommend using Custom Comfort!!!

The service tech Tommy arrived a scheduled, and worked for over an hour to get my unit up and running. I only paid the service call fee. 2/3 days later we had the same issue. He came back out Monday AM, and completely resolved the issue, at no charge. He was coourteous, friendly, and very professional. I will definitely use this company again!

I completely disagree with the first review. How does he expect the company to pay for the part, the vehicle, and the man hours (AND overhead) if he doesn't upcharge on the parts. If he wanted to pay bare minimum, he should have purchased the part and done it himself!

Had a mini-split installed in our sun room. Over the summer, it kept a totally glassed room at 78 degrees and last winter in freezing temperatures kept it at 72. They do our maintenance on both of our units. Would highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. Prices are very reasonable.

Hope this review helps someone else from being totally ripped off. My HVAC unit was not working and I opened up the unit and saw that the capacitor was bad (top was popped up) and called to see if they had one in stock they did and I was charged $40.00 for it. I told my wife to look up this capacitor as that price seemed high, boy was it, it can be purchased for around $10.00 from Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon...Jard Motor Run Capacitor 12788 look it up for yourselves.

I am a business owner myself (25 yrs.) and I understand mark up but never have I charged a customer 4 times what it cost me. My home is cool and tI'm grateful for that, but shame on you Custom Comfort for excessive overcharging!!!

Had an issue with my house heating up. Someone came out and resolved the problem in less than 20 minutes. Prompt scheduling and tech was very nice and professional.

Same great service as when my house was built and your dad installed the original unit 18 years ago. Thank you for the great customer service .
