We had our Central Air system serviced last week and both the service and the technician deserve 5*s. Caleb was courteous, professional and answered all our questions. We would happily have him return for any future services.
We have been using Kafin for our Blackstone property for several years. We signed up for their service contract and its the best thing we ever did. They keep the tanks full and have been great on the occasions when we lost heat or hot water and they really know their stuff. Sure, you might be able to save a couple pennies chasing around cheap oil suppliers but when the heat goes out and its 10 degrees outside, you (and your spouse) will be happy you have Kafin as a partner.
I think we have been a customer of Kafin Oil for 20 years (or close to it). We have always had a service contract. They've fixed/maintained my burner, water heater and heating system on weekends and late nights, sometimes coming out in bad storms for emergency calls. They were just out yesterday and I realized the technician has been to my house many times over the years. Says a lot when the staff sticks around for that long. Friendly and efficient. Recommended.

In 18 years of working with air conditioning service providers, Kafin is absolutely the best service i have ever received. Kafin fixed my system on the the second and checked out a system that had not functioned since last year. I was told by another company that I needed a new system. Not true. Only the thermostat needed to be changed. Kafin saved me thousands of dollars!
Needed a new oil tank for my house.. I called up Kafin Oil and Ben stopped by immediately and quoted me properly. I also requested a new zone put into the basement. Shortly after, they disposed the old tank, installed a new zone, and replaced the oil tank with no mess at all. I was surprised to see how fast they got everything done within a day for a decent price, will work with again!
If I can give ZERO stars I would. Kathy is the rudest rep I have ever dealt with. You would think during a pandemic people would be more caring and empathetic. What a shame ! I have worked with in the customer service field for 9 years and NEVER would I have spoken to someone like she did. So upsetting !
Called so they can check my AC condenser after I told them my HVAC guy said it needed to be repalced. The women who pick the phone said i should get a 2nd opinion. I said sure they came and look at it said the same thing that it needed to be replace and it would be 2500 more then what my HVAC daid it would cost! . Then I get a bill in the mail for a service charge of 130.00 for coming to my condo? No one ever told me there was a chage for coming out. That why I left 1 star..and i calling the AG I should read the reviews
