There is not enough good things you can say about our experience with Eric and Air Tech. It was a week before our wedding and we had a stretch of the hottest days of the year when our air conditioner stopped working. We have multiple properties and used multiple companies in the past, reached out to the two we normally use without even a phone call back as a regular customer. We called Eric after reading the reviews on here, he answered the call himself on the second ring and after explaining the emergency situation we were in said he would come out himself to try and get our unit up and running. The unit was over 20 years old and shot, he gave us multiple options for replacement and made the install happen in 3 days due to the given circumstances. From talking to multiple people and having different units installed in the other properties his pricing was better than competition and the service was second to none. It is such a relief to know there are still honest people in this industry after multiple questionable experiences with others. He made a life long customer and will be referring these guys to anyone I know. Thank you Air Tech Pro for being the best in Rhode Island!

Air Tech Pro is an exceptional service - Eric and his team were phenomenal, pleasant and made sure my experience was to my satisfaction - i would highly recommend them for installing central air conditioning-

Super responsive at a time when everyone else in the industry was busy or just ignored calls. Came out to finish installation (vacuum, make final internal connections) of a mini split unit that I had mounted and done the electrical on. The price was more than reasonable (half of what another company quoted), the owner/workers were extremely personable, and my pregnant wife is ecstatic to have had cool air flowing in our living room for the past 6 weeks. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I dont recall the names of the maintenance individuals who came today, but I mistake say they were very courteous, informative, and knowledgeable today. Your company has two great individuals working for them.

Eric is the man. Very professional, friendly, and a straight shooter all the way. My wife was going to kill me if I didn’t get the AC fixed fast during this heat wave. Eric saved my marriage, no doubt. Can’t go wrong with giving him a call.

Called Monday, responded Monday saying they would be here Tuesday. There was a slight delay but was texted that they were running late. Showed up later, replaced components on condenser, up and running 30 minutes later. Eric was a pleasure to meet and very friendly. Would highly recommend Air Tech Pro.
