We have used CJ Plumbing for several jobs now on our 100 year old house. They repaired and upgraded a new heating system for us that a contractor had previously installed incorrectly, and brought our older boiler system into much better working order as well. More recently, they correctly diagnosed and repaired a major sewer line issue, staying within both the timeframe and the price quoted. This company is easy to work with, professional and responsive, and I highly recommend them without reservation.

Chris and his team were excellent to work with. They replaced our old hot water tank and boiler with a new more efficient system and we are very satisfied with the results. I look forward to working with them again on future projects

Initial install of the heating system was quick, overheard the people installing it admit they just started using this new system and really didn't know how it worked so they had to call the manufacturer to resolve an issue. Which worked out fine. Only issue we had was once the old oil tank and old furnace was removed, they left oil all over my basement floor, tracked it throughout the house and left oil and trash in my yard and basement. Never got a follow up from them to see how things went and I dont expect to, don't pay them in full if you get the loan until they finish the job.

CJ's was selected by American Home Shield for a repair/replacement at my home. They apparently are having issues, first they showed up without calling, but promised to reschedule. This has not happened despite my calling them twice. If this is what happen when I try to give them my business, what happens if I have a problem?

Called CJ's plumbing to repair a bathtub valve that broke. They replaced what was an expensive Moen fixture with a cheap, used Symmonds valve they had on the truck which was noticeably tarnished and scuffed, then had the audacity to charge as if it were new, $585?! Crew made a fuss about my request to wear a mask during COVID19 and decided to take the old shower head with them when they left. After they left, we realized that the hot water no longer works from the tub, only the shower. Save your money and call someone else, I know I will.

Chris and his team did an excellent job installing the natural gas lines for my standby generator. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

When no one else would help out a tenant in need, this company came thru and fixed every problem possible, in no time flat. Highly recommend and will continue to use in the future.

BEWARE! Completely incompetent, unprofessional and not even knowledgeable of the most basic heating unit. Almost burned our house down! On top of it had the audacity to make a fuss about a refund!!! Worst experience ever!
