Have had work done by Ray and he is excellent and professional. Nancy in the office, keeps eerytyhing on schedule and kept me updated before each appointment--- great company.

Used services of Don Jestings & Sons for many years when I lived in Portsmouth and Tiverton. I renovate homes and found they were most accommodating in scheduling even when they were overwhelmed with work. I know as customers we sometimes must wait our turn but once my repairs or new wiring was done with expertise and wonderful, helpful attitude I would have to acknowledge they were well worth any wait time.

Hired them many years ago to install my HVAC with heat pump. Was satisfied with them until a few years later when they would not service my unit because they were too busy with a commercial project. This even though I had spent over 5k for the unit plus installation.

Have used these guys twice to service our boiler, admittedly it's an old unit. Heat went out on an exceptionally cold night and I put in a service call but not realistically expecting anyone would make it out; on a night like that I assumed they would be swamped with service calls. Tim called me within 20 minutes and tried to talk me through some basic fixes but we soon discovered it was a bad igniter and there was nothing I could do except wait. Tim sent over another tech, Victor, who confirmed the igniter issue but unfortunately he didn't have a replacement. I sucked it up that night and they both returned the next morning and resolved the problem. Five stars for A) making an effort even though they were overwhelmed with calls and B) showing up when they said they would and not leaving until they were certain the problem was fixed. Very nice guys and very competent techs. Will continue to use their services.

After real estate inspection I had to check what was wrong with the AC system and what needs to be done. The guys came in time were very honest and thorough. I certainly will hire them again.

I like everything about this company from installers to Nancy, the real boss. Thanks for great job done.

These folks are absolute lifesavers. The friendliest, most professional and responsive folks you will ever find.

Waited and waited ....called still Didnt show up...had to call them 2 1/2 hours later .....Just for them to tell me they cant make it!
