Ryan and Ryan installed our ductless AC units and we couldn't be happier with their services! They were timely, professional, and enjoyable to work with! They both took the time to make assure that our units were working properly and we had the information we needed to utilize them. The Technicians as well as Pharo in general answered all our questions from day one and have been so great to work with since they came to quote us. We will one hundred percent be using them for any of our future HVAC needs! Highly recommend!
Clint was quick to respond to our air conditioner being out. Ryan and Ken did a great job repairing my broken AC line and installing a new condenser! I would suggest them to any of my friends and clients!

Ryan, Ryan, and Jeff were top notch when installing a whole new system. The owner, Clint came and did the initial assessment and let us know what we needed for our system. Ryan, Ryan, and Jeff showed promptly on day of install and only took a few hours to replace our furnace, A/C and all the accoutrements. They were super clean and knowledgeable of the system and it's been running beautifully since. I highly recommend this family owned company.
I have had new home build & existing home repair & installation work done by Pharo. All of it has been excellent. They are very fair on the prices charged for existing home work and I love the ERV & humidifier that they installed in my current home. Clint is responsive on emails and the Bryant equipment is top notch. I couldn't recommend a local HVAC vendor more!
I had a home warranty furnace claim. The first company I was told to contact, RA Heating, was too busy to call me back for an appt., so requested another company and got Pharo. Rob called ahead to say he was running late which I appreciated. He was terrific: explained what and how he found with the furnace & checked the A/C also and answered questions about it. He was just the right amount of friendly and professional. I was very pleased.
We got multiple quotes from vendors in the area, and Pharo was by far the most reasonably priced for the systems we needed. Ryan and Ryan, our technicians, were both great, professional, on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. They also printed and filled out the paperwork we needed for our energy rebate, which I appreciated. We would definitely use Pharo again for heating and cooling needs in the future.
Last week, Pharo Heating and Cooling installed a new Bryant furnace for us to replace a 15 year old furnace that needed a major repair. We decided to replace it with a new one instead of repairing it. We got quotes from three different contractors and Pharo offered the best overall value considering total cost, product quality, product warranty, and labor warranty. The furnace is a high efficiency model with a two stage gas burner and variable speed blower. On the day of the scheduled installation, the two technicians, Ryan and Ryan, showed up on time and had the old furnace removed and the new one installed, tested, and functional in about four hours. They also installed a new thermostat that was more modern and simpler to use. They left everything spotless and no additional cleanup was required after they left. Today the local inspector checked everything over and said the job was professional with no issues. Since the installation, we already received an email confirmation from Bryant with our warranty information which means that Pharo properly took care of the product registration for us. We called Pharo based on a recommendation from a friend and we are glad we did. We will recommend them to others as well. We will call them in the future when it is time to eventually replace our central AC.
I intitially spoke with Clint and he was extremely responsive and prepared our quote in a timely manner. Ryan and Ryan installed our new AC. They were on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We would absolutely use Pharo again!

Highly recommend Pharo! We've used them several times in both our home and rental unit. They are responsive, curteous and charge a fair price. The HVAC techs, Jeff and Chad, were friendly and super easy to work with.
I had to get new thermostats, zoned dampers, and a circuit board. I was provided a good price, professional service, and prompt communication.
Jeff and Ken were friendly, professional and punctual. They did a great job and made this experience easy and seamless. I have an in home business and I was working during the installation process. During this time they made an effort to keep the noise down and even cleaned up before leaving. The office staff I worked with (Nancy, Clint and the receptionist) were very accommodating and friendly. They made an effort to really help me understand what I needed and walked me through everything. They were wonderful with communicating next steps both through calls and emails. The initial tech was also great and very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong with my previous furnace and what the next steps were. I would recommend this company to anyone I know! As a new homeowner, their knowledge, eagerness to help and kindness were very much appreciated! Thank you to everyone at Pharo!
Every person we interacted with at Pharo's knew their info inside and out. They communicated well and were extremely friendly and easy to work with. For something like a furnace going out, they made it a pleasant and easy situation to resolve. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services.

Where do I start...we had the best experience ever! Started off with the quote from Dennis...very prompt, answered all our questions and provided an excellent solution. Next up was the very professional installation by the duo of Ryan and Ryan - they were great! Very friendly, quick install - left everything neat and clean, and very helpful and information with the new thermostat and furnace. Thank you for the service.
