Ernster heating and cooling are a group of exceptionally reliable, trustworthy, and competent technicians. When your heat stops working on the middle of winter you want to work with someone who gets the job done quickly and correctly. That was the case with us recently: our furnace stopped working in the dead of winter. Brian was able to come quickly, identify the cause of the problem, and provided me options for fixing. He also explained the trade offs of those options. When we elected to replace the furnace, he and the team were courteous, respectful, and took great care to get the job done correctly. They talked through the maintenance schedule and verified that my nest thermostat was working properly with the new furnace.
