Very nice technician. Very knowledgeable. Got our air conditioner fixed. Was there when he said he would be.
Jim really saved us on a hot day and was able to fix our AC unit within a few hours of calling. He helped educate me on what to look for in the future as well. This was our first time going with HoneyCreek but we will be calling them from here on out. Thanks again.

These guys are THE BEST when it comes to boiler work. Ryan came on site to inspect, quote, and schedule the job, which was done very quickly and at a very competitive price. Brad was the technician that installed my new boiled and he did a top notch job. The job site was left cleaner than when he arrived. He is a super professional technician who reinforced my very happy decision to go with Honeycreek for my HVAC needs. On a scale of 1 to 10 I am giving these guys an 11, and I will definitely be spreading the word about them to the other residents in my condo building.

Our 130 year old building in the midst of Historic Downtown Waukesha still heats with a boiler, we needed it replaced, and we could not have been more grateful to find HoneyCreek to do it for us. Their work was superb, the people were polite and professional, we've been through 2 flawless heating seasons with them, and I could not recommend them more highly for commercial or residential heating or AC needs.
We have now used Honey Creek a 2nd time this time for AC system maintenance. We signed up for maintenance plan last season. Kim called to schedule spring appt and also remind us of date and time. Text message was sent prior to Tec arrival. Brad arrived on time. Very professional and courteous. He knew his stuff!!! He checked furnace, AC condenser coil and thermostat. He found a large mouse nest in our condenser. Mice chewed thru numerous wires, repaired wires and showed us how to prevent this from happing again. Without this discovery our unit could have been destroyed by shorting out. Money well spent having Honey Creek come out for system maintenance for our 1 year old AC unit.

Had problems with my central air when it got close to 90 degrees outside and Honeycreek came out the same day for repair. Turns out the compressor went bad and we decided to replace the whole AC system. Brad and Ryan performed the install a few days later and were extremely courteous and clean, and after they left, you couldn't even tell they had been here. Quick turnaround and lifesavers, as it was 83 degrees in our house. They did a great install, answered all my questions, and things are working great again. Everyone from the installers to the office were very friendly. Highly recommend!
My wife & I love the new 50-gallon water heater! The two HoneyCreek techs were friendly and professional; they installed the heater in under 2 hrs and left no mess. We'll be calling them again when there's a need. Thank you!

We woke up at 6:30 this morning with no heat. I called Kim at Honeycreek Heating and she asked if 8:00am would work. Not 8am the next day. Not 8pm. Not a window of between 8-2pm. By 8am Jim had already diagnosed the problem and given us a price. By 10am I had the heat restored with a new motor in my heating unit and a new thermostat! Unbelievably great service from beginning to end!
Ryan arrived before time and was super professional. He gave me a fair estimate in which we approved. This was truly important as the weather had been 90 plus degrees everyday. Also, out of three services we contacted, Honey Creek was first to arrive early in the morning to get the job done. Very professional. They went over the whole checklist with me& told me everything was fine with my furnace. I will continue to use them, I am a senior citizen & I took the yearly maintenance plan which includes my air conditioner. Very reasonable. They will contact me to make the appointments, I don’t have to try to remember when they’re due. I would definitely recommend this company
HoneyCreek is great and ALL the techs are FANtastic! Kim is super responsive and got us on the schedule right away for a tune-up on our furnace, which had been acting fussy for a couple of days. Brad came out on this cold morning to perform the tune-up and I can't praise him highly enough. He brought booties to save me some floor cleanup and was diligent in their use. He was thorough, explained what he found, and left the area surrounding the furnace spotless when finished. Even the service sticker on the furnace was meticulously placed -- straight as an arrow! Very much recommend HoneyCreek and wouldn't hesitate to have Brad out again for any kind of heating/cooling needs. Thank you so much! :o)
After hours weekend service the night of a snow storm and they had our heat back up and running within a couple hours of initial call. Great, responsive company. Definitely recommend
