The whole experience was strange. I called the number to schedule and was charged $59 for a membership to “Premium Home Service”. I was scheduled for Friday between 8-11am and received a call at almost 11 saying they could not make it. They said they could come Monday at 2pm but they didn’t get there until 3. The bill was $1264 which included my 10% off for my membership that I mentioned earlier. I didn’t have options. I was just told they would be doing a deep clean and sanitizing and some other things. I was surprised by the price. The service men were nice but I just didn’t get that professional feel. Also, the company I was told to write the check to was Capsi, Inc. and not Bens Duct cleaning. Just not the experience I expected.

A+ company, easy to schedule, friendly customer service reps and technicians. They did a great job with cleaning the ducts in the house. They were very professional and were knowledgeable. At a time when my family suffers excessive sneezing ad coughs, it was great to get reliable service. They showed up on time and took us step by step through the process. I will definitely use them again in the future .
Very fast, and friendly. They were clean and kind. It was a much quieter service than I was expecting. I was able to go about my day with very little interruption. We had this service done in February so it was cold outside but they were fast, only having the furnace off for as long as necessary and had a cover for the door as it needed to be open to allow the pipe to go out to the truck. Hardly noticed the change in temperature. Will be calling Bens Air Duct Cleaning again when we are due.
These guys are absolutely the best in the business. I had Bens Air Duct Cleaning guys do the work at my house. My ducts had never been cleaned and my house is 70 years old. They were so kind, meticulous and clean. They even educated me on everything they were doing, including taking before-and-after photos of my ducts. Ever since they left, all of our allergies have gone away. I would recommend Bens Air Duct Cleaning company to anyone! Excellent, professional work.
The cleaning by Bens Air Duct Cleaning was very thorough. We just moved into a home that I suspect hasn't had its ducts cleaned since it was built about 30 years ago. Which means never. The crew did a great job and were kind. They even put in safe guards while cleaning to make sure the house wasn't damaged by the vacuum tubing. They used vacuum suction, compressed air, duct whips, and deodorizer/disinfectant. Did I mention they were able to fit us in, short notice, the day before Christmas. Overall it was a great experience.
Finally cancelled the service after 3.5 hours of service tech pushing back the arrival time. Try giving a service window if you cant get places in a timely manner.
Very good experience from online scheduling to informative and respectful technicians. Bens Air Duct Cleaning preformed air duct cleaning and furnace service in our house, they provided free duct sealing due to old holes we had in our ducts in the crawl space. I would recommend Bens Air Duct Cleaning, they did a great job on my air duct cleaning and dryer vent replacement. The technicians were very professional and polite. They called me 2 hours before, asked me if they can come early. They explained everything before the process, worked quickly and efficiently. They showed me before and after pictures, what a difference it makes!

I couldn't ask for more. Bens Air Duct Cleaning crew cleaned our dryer vent efficiently. Polite, on time, didn't leave a mess, but most importantly they did a thorough job. Would and have recommended them to anyone I know.
