I am so thankful that we have such a fantastic local option in Stoughton. Clark’s team came and took care of our AC unit that stopped working on the 3rd of July (it was 86 degrees inside our home). I am sure it wasn’t convenient to have staff working, we appreciated the immediate help so much. We are lifetime customers!
Jason is a real gem. He goes out of his way to to provide the customer with the best possible service and value. I highly recommend Clark to anyone in need of a heating and cooling expert.
We had zoning issues, control system issues, wiring issues and a few other concerns from our original build 4 years ago. Keith and his team at Clark were able to come out in a very reasonable time and show us exactly what the issues were and what it would take to fix them. Jason was our tech and he was amazing. He gave us options and what the value would be for each. We ended up needing several things done but we received high quality service and a better understanding of entire system. Clark will certainly be our HVAC service provider from now on and we highly recommend them.
My furnace stopped working last night so it was getting pretty cold inside. I called Clark and in about an hour Andrew was at my house and fixed it. So fast and super friendly!! For future needs, I will always call Clark heating and cooling!!

Install team was excellent, did a great job, knowledgeable. Took time to answer questions. I’ve always used Clark and will continue to use there service. Fun people to talk with also.
I've relied on there very good service for years. The technicians have been knowledgeable and easy to work with, until last fall. I won't be calling Clark any more after the last two service visits. I need to trust the person working on my furnace.

Clark heating and cooling are the best people for the job. They were able to get me in on a moments notice when my thermostat went out. Someone came out to diagnose the problem the same day, and were able to come back out and fix it within the next 24 hours. Their workers had tremendous experience and did not try to sell me things I didn’t need. All in all, as unfortunately as it was to have to replace an expensive item in the house, I’m glad Clark’s heating and cooling was around to provide such great service. Thank you again!
Keith and the team were amazing. They fixed a nonfunctioning boiler system that was poorly installed, were clear and transparent about their pricing, and exceeded our expectations by a mile. Thank you guys!
Everyone we worked with was great! Andy was able to come out next day to recommend the best solution for our 100-year-old house which had some challenging design constraints. Communication by email and phone was spot on. Installation happened just days later. The new system is so much quieter, takes outdoor combustion air, which will help with air infiltration during the winter and it's more efficient! A solid choice for a local company that stands behind their work and is competitive on pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for HVAC needs.

We worked with Andy C. To design our A/C system-he was knowledgeable, professional and prompt with communications. Jason and Trevor completed the installation. They were excellent-on time, highly skilled and made sure to include us in decisions impacting the installation. We chose Clark Heating & Cooling because of their ability to meet our needs. Some of the bigger companies treat you like a “project number” Clark offers a personalized experience and treated us as a valued customer!
I worked with Keith and he was able to schedule a garage heater installation that worked with my busy schedule. He and his crew worked for two days on it as they had to install the heater, add a natural gas line and put in the duct work. The work that they did was exceptional and very neat and I love having a heated garage for the cold WI winters. The crew worked very hard and showed up at 730 am on the second day. I give them my highest recommendation and all of them were a pleasure to work with.

Was referred to Clark Heating to get an A/C installation estimate. After the inspection was completed, never received an estimate. Several email attempts as well as phone call attempts to receive the estimate went un-answered with false promises. Totally unprofessional and just plain rude.

The initial installation of an entirely new AC unit and ductwork seemed to go well overall, but over the next few years several issues arose that ultimately traced back to flawed installation, a lack of thoroughness, and internal miscommunication. Once I asked for the company to remedy the issues free of charge, the quality of their service went downhill fast. I've hired a second contractor to follow each appointment and confirm the remediation work has been done well. Some of the techs we've worked with over the past few years on this and other projects have been wonderful, so the inconsistencies in professionalism and quality of work has been disappointing.
