Phenomenal service every time! Use them!!
Prompt quality service. Great service again today. Finished replacing my gas pipes in record time and very reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with Adrian’s work.
Adrian, the owner, is excellent. He was fair and reasonable, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. His price was very competitive with other small business HVAC owners (beat most by a few hundred dollars on a $6-8k project). His prices are thousands less than the big guys, and I trust him to do higher quality work. I can't recommend him more highly. I had a new Bosch heat pump installed. Works incredibly well!

We hadn't done regular maintenance on the furnace and were having some intermittent heating issues. Called them out to service and check it out, and Adrian stayed for quite a while cleaning, checking, and diagnosing it. While he didn't find an obvious explanation (part of why it took longer), he did find some indicators that could be a factor, with some suggestions to adjust the exhaust routing. I asked what we owed, expecting an add-on charge for additional time and diagnosis, but it was just the regular maintenance fee. Very pleased with his professionalism and dedication to investigating the issue. Thanks!
For several years I've needed to replace the thermostat that came with my 1927 house. My heating company insisted that no modern thermostat as small as mine could be found, and quoted prices of $3000 and up for a replacement that would involve breaking walls. Baquero's technician actually looked at the small space available for mounting, found something suitable -- I had insisted all along that I wanted a simple version that allowed me to set and read the house temperature -- installed it rapidly, and charged me almost nothing compared to the other quote. They were prompt, efficient, responsive to my needs, polite. Highest recommendation from a house that can now see and control its heat
Adrian is extremely professional and detailed oriented. He provided all options for getting heat and AC for the new bonus room addition on top of our garage. He proposed a new ductless AC. But after doing calculations thought routing a vent from existing system would work. That saved thousands. Always in time and kept communicating when he would arrive. Very respectable while working at home. Highly recommend him for any HVAC related work.

Very knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and reasonably priced. Adrian came through for me the Friday before Christmas Eve on short notice and with wind chills in the -20’s. He got my heat back on in no time and saved the lives of my plant friends in the process. Excellent expertise at a fair rate. Adrian fixed my Mom’s boiler in Shorewood today. Here is what she said, “Polite, professional and honest. Came on time, fixed the issue quickly and charged a fair price. All around great service and experience”. She would definitely go with him again vs someone else and she would recommend him to anyone else.

Adrian got the job done quickly, correctly, and at a good price. He replaced a broken split ductless with a Daikin unit and I'm very happy with it. No regrets going with Baqueros over lager more established contractors that were slow and expensive.
Such a great experience. Our furnace went out today and Adrian responded to my request for service in a matter of minutes. He also was able to see me the same day. He was very professional. Explained issues, reason for needing repair, and cost of having repairs done. He completed the job the same day and pricing was affordable. I highly recommend this business. I am so grateful.
I called Baquero's for the first time on Friday evening. A tenant's furnace had stopped working, temperature dropped to 55. Adrian from Bacquero's met me at the rental within 90 minutes. Within another 45 minutes had completed the repair. He is the owner and a really nice young man. Adrian explained to me what happened, he communicates well. I expected to pay much more than he charged. I was delighted by his responsiveness, communication, quality of work and fairness of pricing. Will definitely use Bacquero going forward.
