The staff and experience with Brother's HVAC is worth a review! I have a number of properties I have had them respond to and work on, including preventative maintenance. I was hesitant because my previous HVAC guy of 20 yrs had retired and I dreaded shopping around for a new company to click with and depend on. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with! Old fashioned customer service is alive again!
Called for possible repair. Checked our Furnace. When nothing was wrong with it, they helped to diagnose the actual problem. Very helpful!
Quick service when our heat stopped working and very easy to work with. We had a new system installed the next day. Very responsive via text and email. Would recommend highly to anyone!

Absolutely amazing service. Furnace wasn’t working and todays is below zero. Had a tech here within an hour and diagnosed problem. Unfortunately it was frozen pipes but explained what to do. Friendly, polite, efficient. Would highly recommend!

We've had HVAC service from three different people from this company. All three were clearly knowledgeable and thoughtful. All three were willing to take the time to answer our questions thoroughly. We've been in Madison for 31 years and this is the best HVAC service we've found.
Brothers was recommend to me by my co-workers because we just move last fall into a house with a 2019 new furnace and AC. The AC ran last fall, but when we went to turn it on May 10, 2022 it would not run. The digital thermostat was showing cooling but nothing. I called and knowing that all the HVAC companies were working OT to help people I asked to get on the list. Jeremy was able to make it out the same day and was so knowledgable and took time to make sure we understood all of our options. It ended up being the digital thermostat and he was able to get us up and running knowing we would be in need of a more sophisticated thermostat in the near future. We are so thankful and will be using Brothers to install the better thermostat when it is in stock. Thank you so much Jeremy!! Brothers you are the BEST!
The guys were prompt and the water heater installation was done quickly. It has been working fine for five days so far.

We used them for a natural gas conversion for our furnace. They were right on time very friendly and even repaired a couple things that were done incorrectly by the previous contractor who installed our furnace. Price was fair and service was great.
Brothers HVAC installed the HVAC we needed to complete our basement remodel. From the estimate to completion they were professional, honest and fair. Will definitely work with them in the future.
