Modern Sheet Metal is awesome!! Called at 3:45 on a Friday and Caleb was at our home at 4:30. Fixed the air conditioner in 10 minutes!! The woman that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly.
My air conditioner wasn’t working today, called Modern Sheet Metal and they were here within 30 min and had it working in 5! About 3 years ago, my furnace went out on a Friday on the coldest day of the year, they were able to come look at it that day and had it replaced by that evening. Everyone I have worked with has been very nice and I found them to be trustworthy.
Guys showed up on time and did great work. They really know what they are doing!

New furnace and AC installed last year, very prompt booking and smooth service. Had to disconnect AC to move the unit and pour some concrete this year. Again, very prompt response, on time, friendly service.
Modern sheet metal was amazing. Our A/C went out during a 90 degree day right after my husband had a major surgery. Although they were extremely busy, the office staff managed to have a technician see us the same day. Caleb, our technician, found the problem, repaired in 15 minutes and we were up and running. Caleb was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!!!

We have used Modern Sheet Metal for 10 years. They have installed new heating central air conditioning systems. They keep everything running efficiently and smoothly.
As usual, MSM did a great job. The technician was running ahead of schedule and called to ask if I'd like him to come early, which was nice. I've always had good service with Modern Sheet Metal and would recommend them to everyone!
