Very professional, came to check didn’t charge for estimate next day install thanks Zig’s Heating & Cooling ,Llc
I had neglected care for my gas furnace. Zig was able to make an appointment within 24 hours. He did a thorough tune up that resolved my issues in about an hour. Very pleasant guy and fees were guite reasonable.
Stay away from this company. They have a very poor history of customer service. This company previously installed a furnace in my residence with no problems. Earlier in the year, I called to get an estimate for central air. An appointment was made an a no show from the representative. I called back and the male party said that he lost my number. Fair enough. Another appointment was made. Once again, a no show. I understand that we are living in a time where there is an employee shortage. If the job could not be done, at least explain that it could not be done instead of wasting my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Called Zig up and told him I needed a new AC unit and said it was a 3.5 ton and he gave me a fare price over the and 24 hours later I had a new unit installed . Zig and his crew did an amazing job and I’m happy I have AC so fast on a 90 plus degree day 👍 thanks Zig
AWESOME! Zig installed our unit a while back and when it went out he came quite promptly (in horrible heat) and got us back up and running. He also showed us a quick way to keep unit clean for low maintenance. Totally recommend!
Chris did a great job! The house I bought didn't have any heat working. Chris came to my house on a Sunday (the same day I called) and was able to get the furnace up and I'm greatful that he was able to come and get it fixed so quickly🙂
He came and really did a little cleaning collected a check and left that night furnace stopped again we called him he said he would come all day we waited we called him and he said he was on his way never came never answered are calls we called a reliable one new Berlin heating came same day working fine I do not recommend zigs
He came over within 25 minutes of my call. We decided it would be a good idea to replace the blower motor. He didn’t insist I needed a new furnace which always irks me. He came over the next morning, replaced the motor and was done in less than an hour. Super nice guy and price was reasonable.
The guy was very professional came in the same day didn’t charge us to come out and look, fixed the issue and was done within an hour the first guy elsewhere told us we had to replace the whole furnace for $3000 and Zig came in there and fixed the job within an hour amazing work.
Zig's offers the best service and the price is unbeatable anywhere in Milwaukee. He's a master at what he does!

This is Roberta I just like to say that Zigs office manager Justine has been a complete help with my situation.... She went above and beyond her job for me..... On her day off n on Thanksgiving Day..... She's professional, caring n makes sure she gets the job done.... I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart.... Along with Ziggy and Deana.... There's no group of more professional, competent and truly caring people
If I could ,I'd post zero stars,looks like he picks and chooses who he shows up for. This" man " is a joke ,every excuse, no heat,said he was on the way for two days,had to stayed in a hotel. Nope,no show. We would never want this" man " in our house,who treats people this way.......he does. 8-30-19 addended : your response is a lie. I first contacted the BBB, waiting patiently for some resolution.No resolution.Then they told me to contact consumer protection,I filed a claim 6-15-19. They contacted you, spoke to you ,you never resolved this. Now to small claims court. Anyone can look up my consumer complaint. I never looked at your reviews first ,then contacted you. Live n learn, isn't that what they say. All I wanted was my money back from the used part you placed in my furnace when it was 35 degrees below zero. We had no heat. I guess court it is.
Hottest week of the year, House was 92 degrees. Everyone we called wanted to replace our A/C in a couple days. Zig's receptionist was extremely friendly, even though she was probably swamped with calls. They made a stop by our house that day, and had it coling off for $250. No replacement needed. (Although their quote for replacement is significantly better than every other one we received.) Zig's is awesome!

I am so disappointed and, quite frankly, hurt by the way you disrespected me. You told my restoration specialist that you were here a few times & I was NEVER home. It was the opposite, Ziggy. You failed to show two times. I waited weeks for a response from you to begin with. You then told them that I cut the air conditioner cord with a hedge trimmer. I don't have one, but if I did, WHAT WOULD I BE TRIMMING (the dirt??) I do not appreciate being lied to or lied about. You are shameless.
My air went our during the most hot and humid days we've had this year. I called for service and/or replacement and Zig himself came the same day. I received a really fair price and he completed the job in less than an hour. I have used this company in the past, and will certainly use them again in the future. He never tries to sell me something before he tries fixing it first, and most times its a reasonably priced repair. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for repair or replacement or furnaces or air conditioners.
