I would like this email forwarded to the companies General Manager Last week I had the pleasure of working with both Jerry and GOR at the 4440 W Mitchell St, Milwaukee, WI 53214 branch. I would like it to be known that these 2 individuals are extremely professional and in my opinion a complete asset to URI. They were both extremely knowledgeable and understood the urgency and pressure I was under to get these specific items I needed to complete my repair. They both worked very hard to get me what I needed and in a short amount of time. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys!

Clueless! I buy from 20-30 different United Refrig locations a year. This is the first one EVER to refuse to sell because no account with them. it would have been $5000+ sale.
