We had our condensation pump fail on us. Found the problem around 1630, service tech arrived by 1700 and the new pump was installed by 1730. Great service
As a professional handyman, this is the only heating and cooling company I will recommend to my clients and neighbors. Best price and above all customer service and professionalism. Family business and dad and kids are respectful and just amazing. Cannot say enough for how well they treat customers. You want the best, call RJ heating and cooling. You want to pay more for living in 53092, call someone else.

My furnace was not pushing out heat. Another company looked at it, told me it wasn't covered under warranty, and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars or replace the furnace. RJ Heating fixed it and it was completely covered under warranty. Very professional, timely, and great customer service.
I have used RJ heating since I lived in my home. I owe them for some previous work and the owner Julius was more concerned about getting heat in my home than my outstanding bill.
I had an issue with my heating and the same morning Brian, from RJ's, was at my house! As a 24 y/o woman it was nice that he actually talked me through what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. He expressed the importance of annual cleanings and maintenance and compared it to how important it is for you to get an oil change on your car to keep it working properly. He fixed the problem within minutes, LITERALLY. He even helped me install a new filter that I had laying around. He was very personable and knowledgable. I would highly recommend RJ Heating and Air Conditioning, ask for Brian!!

I heard this company’s ad over the radio just when I needed it most! I gave them a call and the staff members who spoke to me today were down right amazing!!! Our tech arrived; inspected our furnace and got everything we needed to get the job done right the first time! (He even enjoyed my precious four year old acting like she was his assistant and wasn’t bothered at all!) if you’re looking for a company that puts you and your family’s needs as a priority I highly suggest you look no further!!! I recently bought an old house with no ducts or central air, so I decided to get ductless ac installed. RJ heating and air conditioning were able to get me a quote and a plan immediately, and scheduled installation just a week or so later. Everything was installed quickly and professionally within the allotted time frame. The installer s were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions about how to use and maintain the system. Everything is working great! All-in-all a great experience!
I was really worried about having to replace my old 25 year+ air conditioning unit until I got to RJ Heating and AC. I have seen their trucks all over the North Shore but never had the opportunity to deal with them. All I can say now is. Wow! What a great family organization. Extremely fair pricing, no high pressure upselling and fantastic service. The two young men that came here were so accommodating and professional. I was so impressed I immediately signed up for their maintenance membership( another great deal!). If I could give more than 5 stars I would, but RJ is by far the best contractor I have ever used in over 35 years of home ownership.

I moved in to a new house with a furnace installed by RJ HVAC. The furnace has died 3 times throughout the winter and is now leaking. I just spoke with the owner and he yelled at me. I haven't even dealt with the company I was just looking to see if we could schedule a service. I would literally rather leave a 1 star review and pay to fix it then deal with whatever that was.

Extremely unprofessional faulty installation of a new furnace
The service was great they were on time and was great at teaching me about the system. Especially how to change the filter and the frequency it needs to be changed. They will definitely get my business if I decide to put in central air. Great business to work with.
