Camron worked hard and long to ensure our ac was working properly before he left. He understood it has been problematic and did his best to ensure it would not let us down again!

Pro Tech Mechanical was prompt to schedule the service call and send the technician next day. Cameron was very knowledgeable and inspected both furnace and AC and gave me details about the issues and what's the solution. He didn't rush and took time to make sure all the details are captured. I would definitly recommend them for any HVAC services.

Ed and Cameron came were super professional. There has been a long standing issue regarding the furnace but no one had taken care of it up to this point. They came in and could immediately see that there were obvious problems to the furnace. After checking out the furnace in every way possible, it was told to me that carbon monoxide has been seeping into the house, which at an earlier time, I was told that that problem had been resolved. Imagine my shock to find out differently. Now the proper repairs will happen due to their professional experience and knowledge. I would recommend Ed and Cameron to do work for you too! They are top notch!

I had an extremely rough time with my home warranty trying to get a company out for one of my furnaces and then the other furnace went down as well. I called Pro Tech Mechanical and Ed answered the phone. Not only was he extremely empathetic, but he was also very knowledgeable about what was happening at both of the properties when I described the issues. While it was toward the end of the day, we decided to tackle one of them. Ed arrived at the house with Cameron. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly fix the issue and told me my options for a more permanent fix. None of the other companies told me that I would continue to have the issue if I didn't get a new thermostat (or the larger fix of upgrading the furnace, will I'll definitely do in the near future). My tenant had been using a space heater and I had been freezing for a couple of days (winter in February in Wisconsin) so I really appreciated the quick response, the empathy, and just being informed about how not to have this happen again (it happened once before and I thought the issue had been fixed). Also appreciated Cameron walking me through the next steps at the end of the appointment. Thank you Cameron and Ed, I highly recommend them and Pro Tech Mechanical's services to everyone.
