My water heater was down for about 2 day leaving me without hot water, I contacted multiple other services and they couldn't even get a technician to me for a couple days. Until I contacted Omer and within 24 hours he installed a new water heater for me.
Omar made room in his very busy schedule to come and diagnose our AC unit on a very hot day. Due to our negligence, he ended up needing to put in a lot more time troubleshooting the issues and went the extra mile to educate us about the frequency with which certain parts should be replaced, less expensive filters and more effective filters we should be using. My husband and I both found him to be very clear, very knowledgeable, and focused both on the overall maintenance of heating and cooling units just as much as the priority of solving the issue. We happily vouch for his skill and recommend his services to others without hesitation.
Great service. Had a new on demand Rinnai tankless hot water heater and boiler installed by them. Now we have endless hot water.

He took great care to explain in detail to me information related to the furnace I was having installed and also other helpful tips for how I can better maintain my greater heating and cooling system overall. My furnace went out and within 5 days I had a new system installed and up and running thanks to Omar's hard work. O & W is a Great service! We had to replace our water heater and after consultation with Omer, we decided to switch to tankless. The extra work that was needed for the job was talked through thoroughly. We knew it would be more expensive than just changing tanks, so we were very happy with the price for the quality of service we received. They had a quick professional turnaround time for all services, including the rerouting of our gas lines and water lines due to the new placement.

Plumber did not want to work with my manufactures warranty; made excuse after excuse, after excuse for not wanting to work with manufacture warranty. He did not even want to speak with The manufacture warranty department personnel.
Replaced a gas shut off valve to my stove at the last minute was willing to come to my house right away really great to have such a wonderful person. Will call them in the future

I used O&W Heating and Cooling to replace a Hot Water Heater, and the experience was great. Omer went above and beyond and explained preventative maintenance, and warranty of the new product, along with other areas of the gas/water lines that could cause major damage down the road. Needless to say, I'll be sending more work his way to get my house up to code.

Called to have water heater replaced. Called O&W. Sent pictures of the water heater and they were unsure of the ventilation system of the heater. Scared me into thinking I had a real situation on my hands. Told me I had to hire a chimney specialist to look at my set up. To add insult to injury they refuse to do the job. Contacted a chimney specialist and sent the same pictures. Told it was perfectly fine and tell A&O this. The specialist had worked for the company in the past and knew them. Told me to give his name and that they could called him. I called back, left message, and information. They blew me off and never called back. Called another plumber, sent same pictures and was told no problem. Came following day had job done in 1 1/2 hours. Either this company does not have enough experience, or they are only interested in the easy quick buck jobs. This would make me nervous if I was going to use their services.
I had a very helpful conversation that lasted about 25 minutes when I called to book an appointment. Ultimately, I didn’t make an appointment because it wasn’t needed, and OW was honest and helpful in explaining WHY it wasn’t necessary. What integrity!!
Omer recently replaced my hot water heater after my old one stopped working. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, making sure to explain everything that a home owner would need to know about the work he was doing and answer any questions that came up and make recommendations for concerns he spotted that was outside the scope of work. I would definitely use O & W again for future heating and cooling needs.
Omer came to my house because my water heater's pilot wouldn't stay lit. I suspected it needed a new gas valve and it would be a quick fix. Instead he spent 2 hours using scare tactics and misinformation according to the plumber who replaced the gas valve the next day. Omer was building a case to replace my one year old water heater when it all it needed was a simple repair. He left after I paid $160 "consulting" fee with no benefit from his misinformation. I gave him a chance to remedy the situation but never heard back.
I cannot say enough about the excellent and professional service provided. Omer’s care and attention detail is exemplary. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and always made time to answer my questions along the way. He is professional, thorough, and simply does outstanding work. Competitively priced. I cannot say enough positive things about O & W. Our tankless heater was having issues. Omer came over within a day to take a look. He was able to provide me a lot of information about what was wrong with my unit so that I could make an informed decision moving forward. I ultimately had to replace my unit. When it came to the replacement, Omer was able to coordinate with an electrician to complete the job in an efficient manner. I know I will look to use O & W for my future heating and cooling needs. They will take the time to explain the situation so I can make the right decisions.
The technician, Omar was very friendly. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why and that I understood the equipment. He went into great detail about the warranty and the company website and how to contact them if I had any questions. He made sure all my questions were answered prior to leaving and was very knowledgeable.
Showed up on time and was very professional. Laid out all my options including the possible consequences of each possible option. Explain fully and in detail what work was required. Executed his work in a timely and precise manner. Was finished in the time quoted. Very happy with my experience.
