My 2nd time going thru Nimmer and just like the first time, I couldn’t be happier. Joe came thru and quickly fixed my AC issue and had us up and running again in no time. Cost was reasonable and service was great. As long as Nimmer is around, they will be my first call.
Our Technician, Jake Silva, arrived very quickly, got right to work and diagnosed the problem with in a few minutes. He got to work fixing it and even did a cleaning all with in an hours time! I was super impressed! Thanks Jake!

Arrived on time and ended earlier than scheduled. Installation didn’t even disrupt us at all. Pat, Josh and Ryan did a fantastic job communicating every step of the process and treated my home as if it was theirs. Respectful and professional. So glad we chose Nimmer!
Purchased a new air conditioner through Nimmer, entire process has been positive. The three technicians who installed the unit (Josh, Pat, Ryan) were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great experience all around.
Our most recent experience with Nimmer (May 2023) again was outstanding. We replaced our elderly central a/c unit with a new one and the process was informative, friendly, and professional from beginning to end. Tyler described our options in new a/c units and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Pat and Josh installed the new unit, and also were very pleasant to work with. They were right on time, friendly, and happy to answer questions. Not only does Nimmer do excellent work, they hire great people to do the work. Blake from Nimmer Heating & AC came out to do maintenance on our AC system. He was friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining what he checked and what each output meant. We have relied on Nimmer for years and trust them to maintain our HVAC systems.

From the customer service person (Beth/Melinda) to the technicians (Blake/Joe) we were very happy with the service. Beth/Melinda were courteous, professional and very polite. Techs arrived right on time. Blake/Joe were professional. Joe was in training and explained everything he did. Talked and answered our questions on the replacement part which was under warranty. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would recommend Nimmer Heating.

Nimmer installed a new AC system for me this week. Pat, Josh, Ryan and Mike were the technicians and they were great. Came on time, we’re super helpful and respectful and left everything spic and span when they were done. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service! I worked with Beth and Melinda in the office and they were just fantastic to work with and great follow up to coordinate my appointments. Blake and Joe my service technicians were OUTSTANDING!! They were so very polite, thoughtful and absolutely professional. They did a fantastic job ! I would highly recommend Nimmer Heating & Air !!
Nimmer was outstanding from every angle! Our 30+ year old unit finally went and Nimmer came to our rescue! Our main concern was our 3 pets having to endure 85 degree temps in the house in addition to my own personal health condition. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, making the whole process seamless from start to finish! Special thank you to Melinda, Tyler, Josh and Pat! You guys rock!
My experience from start (chatting through the options) to installation was incredible. I bought a new a/c unit to replace the 35 yr old one that came with my new house and added on the upgrade of a whole home dehumidifier. Pat & Josh were right on time and were very friendly and professional - especially when the movers came 3 hours early and I had to ask them move the Nimmer truck in the middle of doing their job, not once but twice, to accommodate the moving truck. When they wrapped up, Pat walked me through my heating and cooling systems and explained the maintenance on each - even going above and beyond to label things to make it easy to remember how often cleaning/replacement is needed and in which direction the filters should be placed. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you, Pat & Josh!
We had our A/C replaced by Nimmer. Our options to fix, or replace the old unit were presented. We went with new, including financing. The crew was on time, very professional and respectful to our home. They got all the work done in a timely manner, even with some complications. Grateful since then, even with periodic maintenance. Thanks to the entire staff!
Nimmer’s staff was very communicative on arrival time and returned messages in a timely manner. Jake Silva and Joe were the technicians who serviced our A/C today. They offered thorough explanations as they progressed through the cleaning and maintenance check. Jake offered choices regarding repairs and his presentation of these choices didn’t make me feel pressured to make a decision I wasn’t financially comfortable with. I appreciated their professionalism and knowledge. I plan on using Nimmer in the future.
We’ve had Blake assist us with A/C issues two times now, and used Nimmer a total of four times, including an emergency furnace installation by a GM who doesn’t typically do field work anymore. They’re professional, friendly, extremely informative, and do great work with the goal of trying to get as much mileage out of our existing (and frankly, old) equipment as much as possible before guiding us through our options for new installs. Can’t recommend them enough, they’re my go-to for HVAC stuff now.
Jake was incredibly kind and answered my uninformed questions kindly and patiently. He gave good recommendations and showed me exactly how everything worked (or didn’t!). He didn’t so anything without asking me, first, and I felt he was very conscious of giving smart recommendations.
Jake and Joe did excellent job. They arrived on time and provided detailed explanation of the work they would be performing. After the work was complete, another explanation was given on work performed.
I have used Nimmer for the past 20 years. They are fair and easy to work with. Blake is who I always ask for when I have my units serviced.
Jake and Joe arrived on time, worked quickly and very efficiently. Before leaving they gave me a full rundown on my HVAC equipment in terms I could understand and what to keep an eye open for. Superior overall service. Highly recommended.
