Malones initially installed the heating and air conditioning systems. I’ve called several times to schedule service, and calls are not returned. Calls. Are. Not. Returned even thought their voicemail message said they will be.
The technician was great and figure out the issue with our furnace. He completed the job quickly and got the furnace running. His time was appreciated.
Just did a gas leak check and had to repair three gas leaks from a newly installed water heater.
I love Malones, they have come out to do several projects including a new boiler. They have even dropped by to give me ideas when I ran into problems. They are a rather old school craftsman so don't expect bells and whistles. I have to admit I like that about them, reminds me of calling my dad or brother to help me. Thanks Malones! Linda Andrus
i had malone`s install my furnace with the we energies program and couldn't be happier now it looks as if i`m going to have to ask them to put in my hot water tank as well hope they have time for me ....THANKS GUYS JOB WELL DONE
I would like to thank Malone's Plumbing & Heating for texting me the instructions on how to reset my Flamable vapour sensor on my hot water tank. Thank you so much I was getting very trired of boiling water and taking cool showers. :)
Malone's and I have been working together for five years. I'm a home renovation project manager; Malone's has done plumbing or heating work for me at more than 100 projects. They're experienced and they're masters of tough installations. They're not cheap, and you get what you pay for. They communicate straight-forward, they're honest and the craftsmanship is quality.
AWESOME! They were able to come out the next day. They were quick and very reasonable priced. Professional, friendly and experienced. They even assisted us with something that wasn't on their work order. Definitely will be using them again (if needed).
Malone's was chosen to install a new furnace and water heater in my home on 2/24/17. I had no choice as to who did the installation because the job was part of a weatherization program. I figured some cheap crap place and products would be chosen to do this job and I was right. Malones got angry with me when they found out that the insulation guys were coming out before they were and they acted like it was my fault that this happened. It wasn't my job to coordinate this project. Malones is severely lacking in communication skills. When Malones finally did come out, the job was done VERY SLOWLY and I ended up with cheap brands of products that were put in and a water heater that is already leaking. It isn't even a month old. Malones didn't put a copper pipe in that reaches all the way from the top of the water heater to the ceiling and that's what is causing the leak. They also couldn't be bothered to move the water heater over a whole foot to it's new location while it was still empty. Now I have to pay my roommate to do that, the same roommate that Malones said wasn't allowed to continue working on my basement remodeling project while they were doing their installation. I have called Malones several times about the leak, also the weatherization program people and no one will return my calls. I was a one and we're done customer. I'm thinking about contacting the bbb about this. Malones is a garbage dump business that I don't ever want in my home again!
They intall my new furnace and works for one winter id call next winter to get fixed they charge for fix and it works for a moth finally id call affordable and they find the promem also the call factory furnace carrier and they pay for fix so for my experience ,malone's is very unprofessional
