You guys need a new procedure on how you handle your furnaces. Too many times we un-box these furnaces in the customers basement to find it dented from shipping and handling. It’s getting old. Get it together Lennox.

I'm a HVAC service technician and I called into the Lenox tech support line. Initially I was not too satisfied with my experience because of the extremely long wait on hold, after over an hour on hold the gentleman answered and then hung up. We were having some issues hearing each other so he tried many times to reach out to me again to make sure that I was taken care of. I believe his name was Deric. I was very pleased that he continued to reach out to me in order to help me with my ongoing issue that is now resolved thank you so much.

Great place for parts and supplies. They always have the Trion air filters I need in stock. Plus the courteous staff makes a difference!

Friendly and helpful
They never have the parts you need. Today I had to go back to the store to get parts that work and they had no idea what to do for me because the factory parts don't fit!! They told me to call tech support... 1 hour and twenty minutes later, still on hold!!!!!! Get it together!!! I will never recommend Lennox to any customer!

Fantastic store to work with. I called in and was taken care of right away. Orders are always correct, customer service reps are always polite and courteous and they care about my business. Clearly setting the bar higher for the other distributors in the market. Well done Lennox Parts Plus.
