Great service, I have had 3 furnaces serviced by them and I think they did a good job- hard to say since I don’t know anything about furnaces. I liked the service from one of the people better than the other.
Professional job done by all! New furnace and Ecobee thermostat purchased and installed quickly and no pressure by sales made this a great experience 👍
Needed a new thermostat. The service call was sooner than I expected and the technician was knowledgeable and neat.
I had a furnace/ac combo unit replaced but the workers broke the bottom of my door and the office has not responded to multiple calls and emails about remediating it. When the workers left they had taken pictures of damage and assured me I'd get a large discount off my installation once conferring with office, but since then no one will respond to my messages. A large chunk of the wood was ripped out and now I might have to replace the door which is going to be expensive, it is extremely unprofessional to leave a work site in this condition with no followup. The installation went fine otherwise, but I would never use them again in case something went wrong.
Glad I reached out to get a whole house humidifier from K Komfort! Ben and his team were very professional, so I went ahead and signed up for their Tune up special. The humidifier has been working great! No longer have to keep filling up room humidifiers every day.
I went to K Komfot for a second opinion as I suspected that I was being grossly over charged for a new furnace (I was quoted a single stage furnace with instillation for 6k). K Komfort was able to install a multi stage furnace with a better warranty for a thousand dollars less. So happy I reached out to them for a second opinion! I appreciate the time that was taken to lay out all my options. Overall very pleased with the service I received. Would recommend to anyone in the Milwaukee area.

I recently purchased a home with a 17 year old furnace, so I wanted to have it checked and cleaned before winter to avoid any issues. Elliott and Ben from K Komfort came and did a great job - very friendly, professional and timely. I will happily schedule with them again next year!

We have used KKomfort for our new furnace and AC, and also invested in the tune-up services. We have been extremely impressed by this company and it's employees. We had Eugene and Elliott service our furnace today and while they were here they took the extra step to change out our filter, and update our thermostat to our zipcode which now shows updates to our local weather! Overall a really great experience with this company.
Not good
It took them four visits to actually complete the job as there were multiple issues (including our thermostat not working) after they "completed" it the first time. They drilled a hole in our ceiling in the wrong place entirely. Despite repeated requests one of the techs took his mask off repeatedly, included when talking to us. After it was all said and done the product works, but the process left much to be desired and will require us repainting our ceiling.
Amazing Job
Fantastic. One phone call and I had a competitive quote from Jay on EXACTLY what I asked for PLUS an option with % financing!. Work was performed within 3 business days and has been perfect. Last, but not least, Sam has responded promptly to all my questions AND even helped with my registration,warranty questions and rebates!! These guys have been phenomenal! I was trying to make some tough decisions about the HVAC situation in our 1903 house when Jay showed up with the perfect solution that none of the other companies had thought of (thinking outside the box)! The communication was excellent - something you don't often see with contractors. He provided prompt and detailed quotes with several options. Scheduling was convenient and reliable. The team onsite (led by Brian and Chad) has provided excellent communication and listened to all our concerns. The huge project is now wrapping up and I couldn't be happier!

Eugene and his crew are awesome! Heat went out on the coldest night in 24 years and he worked until 8:00 at night to get the heat back working. This is not the only time Kkomfort has come to my rescue-issues with my A/C and same prompt and reliable service! Thank you so much to Eugene, Joanna and team!
